I leapt at the computer trying to think of something to write, realizing that about a hundred users have done the same thing before! Frustrated and watching the bar move to the right I freaked out and typed as fast as humanly possible. Then I realized how to hack the program. All I had to do was hit submit without and email and a name, then hit the back button. It was so simple! Doing this allowed me to have unlimited time, and to be able to go back and fix errors. Then as I had realized before, someone had figured this out before! No! Not again! When will I ever come out on-top?

one day i woke up and wanted to do something different. something i never did before. so i lept from my bed and ran to the beach and jumped into the water, not caring about the consequences that would follow. and finally i realized, for once, i was happy.

make it. just make the leap, blind, without thinking what’s below or above or behind or in front of you. the point is to be in midair. reminds me of a Dave Egger’s short story about the dogs who sneak out at night to leap and play. some don’t make it and they die, but they always said it was worth it. the point is to go, and to try, right?

like a frog over a log
you leap over and succeed in overcoming the obstacle
but then you fall into a hole and the leaping
has forsaken you
you drown for you leapt into a hole of water
and instead of floating, sunk
deep deep deep

I took a leap of faith, where was god? I lept into the abyss, where were you? Now I liewatching frogs leap on lilly pads, with the soft pettles of the lillys white flower carressing to my chest.

Feet scraping concrete as dawn crested the horizon, I ran through empty streets. No purpose or direction, I felt content with the feeling of cool wind against my skin, and a brightening world whisking by around me. The street narrowed before me, and I realized my path would soon reach a drop. Closing my eyes, I hurled myself out, leaping into a fleeting moment of unparalleled freedom against the cool blue of the sky.

jump in the air as fast as you can across the hot lava you see. if you step in it you will die. so you better damn well leap your ass off.

Leap means jump and jump means lifting both feet of the ground at once.
Leap sounds like ‘The Leap of Faith’.

this is something I have watched many cats do in the past. I wish I could leap tall buildings in a single bound-take a leap of faith-the frog leapt off the table-leap year is coming soon!

Sometimes, you’ve just got to jump. Take a leap of faith into the brave new world. A part of your life where you’ve never stepped. Don’t just walk into it, jump into it with gusto and vibrance. What do you have to lose?

I wanted to leap forward, not look back and not worry. But the gap was so wide, and the pit was so dark. I felt it’s jaws would swallow me whole.

When we all leap for joy, the world leaps too. When one over there is happy and smiles, one over here, sees that, smiles and catches the happiness.

An act of faith, one takes a leap without deciding the most negative of consequences, and sees only the romantically positive.

I started leaping across the stage, with no one in the audience to glare at me, with no spotlight to shine on my face. This is where I was truly comfortable.

I sprint, leap, fly
Jump into the brightening sky
Convinced that if I can just jump
I’ll soar away from this
Away from it’s power to
Wreak artificial havoc
Convincing you it’s real
And into the bright, fresh
Freeing skies above

It was a great leap that I took, making such a risky decision so soon. I wasn’t thinking about the implications, or what ramifications it would have for those around me, I just did it. I knew that I’d live to regret it, and I still do to this day.

It wasn’t much of a leap; really more of a hop. Sara gave a grin to John and rushed forward. There was nothing she loved more than scaling over the cliffs, no safety gear, nothing to slow her down. She let out a shriek of pain as her foot hit the edge of the rock and slipped down, grinding against her exposed flesh.
