it’s really hard to do sometiimes especially when it’s someone you don’t like. but it helps ppl to get things out. takes some stress away, lets ppl know that others care. if you listen really closely to nature, it can change your whole life. it’s good to listen to your body too bc it can tell you valuable things.

Listening is hte easiest and the hardest thing for a human being to do. A passive act requiring no action nor special skill but most people are unable to accomplish this simple activity for more than a few moments without having to speak or ignore what is being said.

I love spring as there is so much to listen to outside after you have been cooped up all winter. the soft breeze in the trees and the sound of the woodpecker, robin and cardinal… what a happy sound.

this rediculous ass fucking lesson thingy?
what am i to gain from this?
if i listen, i will regret having wasted my time.
I will feel like I was too busy trying to gain something from some incomplete thought that somebody was too distracted to communicate fully.
