Filming a montage, I got caught in a twister and thought I would lose my equipment forever. Thankfully, I landed in Kansas and everything was intact and I got the most awesome montage ever.
I didn’t really know what to think. He asked me a question so I had to answer, I couldn’t lie. Well I could, but it didn’t seem like an option at the time. Why? I don’t know, but now that it’s over I can say I am happy with the result. I knew what I did was right. So the story goes, I’m right and you are wrong.
The life the man spent was spent watching. He remembered everything as watching. He remembered everything as a series of events set to music, never changing.
Last night my friend and I were watching The Rock and it had this epic montage in the beginning, like this textbook montage with crashing orchestras and men in dress blues in the rain and Ed Harris with his face set like a fucking immovable stone. Michael Bay+ Jerry Bruckheimer is how that happened. Montage magic.
words just complicate things. the best scenes in a movie are those without words. because sometimes actions say all there is to say. words are often unnecessary. they just make things cloudy and unclear. at the end of the day, words are just words. Nothing more, nothing less.
It’s funny how villains in kids tv shows think, isn’t it? Always giving away their plans to the hero…
If I a super villain? I’d save the montage for my book.
Montage. I’m not entirely sure what montage is. Montage. I’m not sure…..nothin I could say…..it’s a montage. M…o….n…t…a….g…..e……………..montage…………..hmmmmmmmm……………..
it all began with a story. a story of a little girl and her pet goat, herman. Herman was a good goat, a strong goat, a noble goat. But when it came to the winter and all was quiet, so was Herman. Neither neigh nor hoof, Herman didn’t move. it was cold and herman was old. and the little girl knew it. she rushed to the shed, anxious to kiss herman but it was too late. herman had moved on.
Her life flashed before her in a montage of pictures and memories. She choked up at the sight of them, relieving each one as they passed her by. Her regrets, loves, laughs, good times, and mistakes were all laid out before her.
there were a bunch of pictures, all scattered across the floor. A montage of memories and faces and times past, all aching to be held on to. They were thrown, away they were. And they floated like dust.
it’s a montage of memories, the pictures on her wall. it spans her childhood, to her years of teenage angst, to her now surprisingly wonderful 20’s. it also spans 3 continents and engages a spectrum of different individuals, each bringing their own colors to the montage.
Montages are terrible from the sense of “Hollywood” or film/TV in general use pieces of scripts and ideas that have been done before and simply rearrange and package them. All so they do not have to do the work to make something new and better. Stop looking to the damn 80’s for ideas and CREATE.!.!
The pictures are always moving, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. You might try to stop them but it’s impossible. Sooner or later, you learn that they just keep coming, one after the other. It’s a fact of life. You have to live with it.
Just like you live with yourself. You can’t stop what you’ve started, you can only suck it up and see it through.
A montage is when pictures come across the screen in an orderly but sometimes random order. It can be used to reflect a person’s life, a good memory, or just an important event. It’s interesting but a little annoying sometimes. It depends what kind of pictures are in there.
The next few days were like some cheesy 80’s movie montage. I could almost hear the soundtrack from 16 Candles humming in the wind. We went places. We did things. We had fun.
His memories flicker through his mind like one of the slideshows his grandfather used to show, usually comprised of holiday snaps. Unlike his grandfather’s slideshow, his memories aren’t faded or blurry.
i have no idea what this word means…i actually am suprised they would give this word to someone like me…uhm i think it may be used for describing something…or how an object can…i have no idea haha this isnt fun…i really wanted something i could write about..

Baby photos, photos of him as a mischievous toddler, first day at school and so on. Over time you saw how his features developed and changed, as he became a young man. The photos stopped a short while after he reached twenty-one, that’s what brought us here, to this room, to watch this montage of his short life.

video montages from teh 80’s. they always have cheesy music to get things done in a short anount of time. a lot of people still do montages. Family Guy does them to make fun of the 80’s. that was a good time though. we got some good movies and shows from there. some damn good songs too.
What a collection a vast overwhelming stack of useless information. I no longer want it but what do I do with such a montage. Where can I stash it; before I scream!
Memories covered the wall. So much so, the original wallpaper was lost behind them, like it had never existed. Through looking at the wall you could see how she’d changed over time. How her hair grew longer, shorter, the colour abruptly changing every so often, it was the same with her clothes and the people with whom she shared the photos, some people were in more photos than others; those were the real friends, the others only stuck around for a while. Above anything else, from looking at the montage I realised, nothing was constant except the change that occurred so often in her life.
hiedi montage she was pretty but then got all that surgery and now looks very fake. i think people should just keep there natural body parts unless it causes then physical pain like a huge chest. then a reduction could be in order. or if you have cancer and need to get rid of a boob or body parts but fake body parts are horible.
not really sure what this word means. Is it like a collage? I really don’t know. All that really matters is the mint chocolate chip ice cream I am about to eat.
were gona make a montage, its gonna be awwesome, a montage of harley and the joker because I say so, it’s a photo pontage and maybe also a vidoe montage of the joker blogs and the dark knight and hetonas video of harley quinn because its a montage, montage, montage, sounds like heidi montag, i dont know who that is but it sounds like montas grill house theres animals on the wall, another brick in the wall, throw a brick at the wall, watch it all fall, because the brick hit the wall, and it all fell down down down where the goblins go to their underground tunnels tunnelling underground the burrows are so deep deep underground I say it’s so dark down here what do the voices think of the darkness? they hide from it, the voices the voices cower from the darkness it makes them go away so or the silence I enter the darkness
A montage of beautiful images flashes on a screen. A father playing catch with his son. A woman pushing her daughter on a swing. A couple in love walking hand-in-hand on a beach. And without warning, there is a flash, and they all fall dead. This is war. A war montage, not happiness.
she waited and waited but the pictures in her mind wouldn’t stop flashing by. she pretended she didn’t care but the tears washed her face in memories and she wished the past wouldn’t try so hard to stay in the present.
the bus isn’t the best place for breakdowns but there’s nowhere else to go.
I see a slow motion Margot in ten layers of eyeliner, walking away from a Green Line bus with her suitor Richie hidden behind long hair and a scruffy beard. They meet with longing eyes deeply in love — though no one can say it aloud. Royal Tenenbaums.
The images ran together in her mind, her eyes were shut against the world, a different one playing in her mind. Breathing in the heavy ocean air, the world went still, all the feelings dropping from the air.

Why is reality never in the movie montage format.
Then again I’m rather glad it isn’t- if it was I’d miss out on all the trivialities.
