  1. Morality is a delicate topic. Every person has a different opinion on morality. Some person’s morality could be considered offensive to another person. However, I think morality is something that should be for the good of all people.

  2. morality. i don’t know if i have it. i think i do. but sometimes i think maybe that’s all. i just think that i do. or there are some expectations from other people and i want to fit in so i make decisions i think would be moral. idk. i think i’m a good person i guess. i want to be one. i like being good. i notice regularly that i do bad things to other people and focus on myself entirely too much.

  4. god coming to ones own learning how to feel truthfully not hurting yourself or others grace for all things humane and deserving individual action or word of good

  5. I have no morality.
    I do as wish.
    Wish as I please.
    And take what I want.
But apparently you can’t take some things.
Some things have to be given.
And for once I will have to work for something.
I will have to work for her love.

  6. It was the lack of morality and conscience that both attracted and repelled me. It was exciting at the beginning, he took massive risks and never feared getting caught.

  7. quite an overrated concept. i think more than being overrated, it is also the most flexible idea we know of. and equally importan

  8. What an interesting, transluscent, tangible word. Try saying it a few times. Study the letters. Listen to the syllables. Like any other word put apart it will lose its meaning. Suddenly, it’s nothing but a sonance of words against your tongue. How awkward.

  9. Morality…. What is your definition of morality? What is your philosophy on it?

    by Desi on 10.04.2011
  10. i’m feeling as if changing my mind meant changing my morality.
does wanting to be happy at any cost make me a hypocrite?
does wanting to have even more than what i do have make me insensitive to the problem’s that other people undergo every day around the world?

and even if the answer is yes… is that supposed to make me happy of being where i am?

  11. its like defining normal. its not possible. everyone has there own version of it. but nobody really knows what is right and what is not. its what wars are started over. everyone wants to be right.. but nobody really knows. just do what feels right. follow your instincts.

    by jeanette on 10.04.2011
  12. I feel like morality is something that doesn’t come from religion alone, it comes from a person’s ability to empathize. It’s about treating others the way you would want to be treated and that doesn’t mean it has to come from believing in a certain religion. Morality is something that should be inherent and good morals should come from good parents or past experiences. It makes me mad to think that people assume religion is solely responsible for one’s morals.

  13. what is right and what is wrong? it is up to you, you set your standards but society has its own standards as well. would you give a person the money he or she dropped or would you keep it for yourself?

    by Maria on 10.04.2011
  14. There are lines set before me that I dare not cross, and yet I cross them anyways. Fear holds me more than any sort of moral codes. I am slave to my own self, not to society. I decide what is right and wrong for one, for all, and this may be different for one person or the next. Call me hypocrite, call me honest.

    by Rose on 10.04.2011
  15. This is an interesting one. I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. What is right? What is wrong? And who determines it. I try to live by my own moral compass. Yeah, some of that fits with society’s standards, but I won’t do something I believe is moral, just because society says it is, if I don’t agree with it. Same with something immoral. There is a very fine line between the two, but I think it’s up to the individual to decide for themselves.

  16. Morality. The act of being moral. What is being moral, anyway? I know I’m not moral. Morals are all up to the person; I may not be moral on your standards, but hot damn, you’re not moral by mine! Even the most moral people work completely off using people and self-will. Maybe that’s not right, but everything we do has an ulterior motive. We’re helping someone because it makes us feel better about ourselves. We’re listening to someone else to seem like a better person.

  17. I have none. I want eveything to go as I please without having to consider right or wrong. I hate being fair and just. I hate always doing what is right. I want to be cruel and wrong and free. I want the world to love and fear me. I want to be God.

    by Sami on 10.04.2011
  18. Oh, morality. What a complicated word, so many meanings, so miss interpretated. Some just do’t have the mental capacity to relise its true meaning.

    by Claudia on 10.04.2011
  19. Who said I was the man in the brown coat? Just because I have my gun in it’s holster doesn’t mean that I’m the ‘Man with no name’. Well… Look… Here’s the thing. I am the man with no name. Not the Good, the Bad or The Ugly. Just a man. Living. Surviving. Like you.

  20. Morality. Is it wrong? Is it right? We think we know but edges blurr,
we start to question, think differently,
people change us, sometime we convince ourselves,
what is right and what is just.
The answer of moral lies within us.

    by Sonia on 10.04.2011
  21. I can’t breath. There is not enough air in the room as I struggle for the door. I didn’t think it would be like this. I thought about every day I ever spent sitting in front of the television without a thought in my head. Now this, now I would give anything for another day.

  22. Finding a way in the darkness, a path lit by nothing else other than intuition. Society says one thing, your heart another, mind another, and body yet another. How do you decide what’s right other than by just closing your eyes and following your feet?

  23. almost like forget it.
    almost like forget it.

  24. morality is what makes the world a better place for some…in mind and in reality. A source and a reason for a lot of immorality itself, upholding morality is a tedious task.

    by Sahil on 10.04.2011
  25. I’m not sure what to say about morality. Is that like, being moral and doing the right thing? Because if so, I’m not sure if I qualify to speak out about it. I’ve made some mistakes lately, I’ve been a pretty bad friend. So no, I have nothing to say. Besides maybe I should change the way I act and the decisions I make.

  26. i dont really know what this word means. is it a word that defines who we are or is it just a little word that we choose to live by. like the other word, i dont even remember what it is but like common sense. what is it? morality? what is it. who defines it. who chooses it, who is to say what is morally right or wrong. is there even a right or wrong? or is everything in a grey zone. do they change from person to person?

    by maggy on 10.04.2011
  27. The concept of morality is a complicated yet at the same time very simple thing. What is right, and what is wrong really? Who has the power to decide things that affect us on a universal level? We will all decide what is best for us. Cheese. That is all.

    by Ian Valentine on 10.04.2011
  28. Morality takes into account everything a person stands for. When we live our lives cautiously, we reflect more, this is when i believe morals are revealed to a person. To care for another human being takes compassion. But everyone is different, so different people have different morals. An evil person might like killing people because it’s his own moral choice to end someones life. I believe in kindness, and respect. If you can’t leave an impression that is good, then atleast be polite.

    by curtis on 10.04.2011
  29. When we think about morality we think about what is right and what is wrong. When i think of what is moral I realize that i don’t care what others think because in my mind i have a very specific and well defined set of reasons for why I do what, and what is black and what is white and what is okay and what isn’t. Morality is in the eye of the actor, not the beholder.

    by Daniel on 10.04.2011
  30. These are the things we base our life around, who we are. What makes us right and what makes us wrong. I can’t say that being morally right all the time is always the right thing to do, but it definitely felt good to do it.

by David De Vita on 10.04.2011
  31. morality is something that which is not relative, it is born out of someones unique but truly formed conscience and is mostly related to ones own personal sense of religion and identification with the Divine

    by Philip on 10.04.2011
  32. Who has morals? we do? I think that we have lost what its like to have our own morals, I think these days we are getting caught up in other peoples lives instead of whats important for our own life – we need to have our own morals, something that was once meant to be so simple seems to be taken for granted the more we focus on things like Peoples Magazine, we need to start focusing on whats most important here, our own morality of our own lives.

  34. It was a terrible time they all lived in. Flitting from one place to another, staying out of the dark places for fear that their true selves would bloom in the shadows. Together they would perish when they forgot the dark was important to the light.

    by Nessa on 10.04.2011
  35. What is morality? Can it truly be defined? Everyone would give you a different answer if you asked them about what is moral or immoral. I think the only think that can truly be defined using the term moral is love; if it isn’t loving, it isn’t moral. Watch what you say, be careful what you think, and extend love. Always.

  36. Morality.
The goblin questioned it often. It was a sticky issue, to be sure. He was pretty sure some morals would frown on him trying to murder the king’s daughter.
She was a witch, of course. And she was up to something, Still, doing it without proof. Some folk would get hung up on it.
Not Grickmackle, though. The goblin did what was best for his country. As he always did. And no moral priest was going to give him orders.
Besides the fellow conspirator who was giving him his orders now, of course. But Brother Artilo was a good sort, not preachy.

  37. Many people lack morality. It’s something that society tries to get us to use and have more often, but at the same time society makes it seem like having this is a bad thing and that all the in or cool people do not have morals and so neither should the rest of the world.

    by naomi on 10.04.2011
  38. I find it interesting that people can’t easily tell the difference between right and wrong. It’s not that hard to tell the difference. Killing someone is wrong so why is it that we have the death penalty? What is it about the government that makes it ok for them to kill a person but not for anyone else in society to kill someone? If you kill someone then the government shouldn’t be able to. I mean come on? What makes the government so amazing?

  39. Morality. Is one’s morality based upon their religion? A universal truth? Or something completely different. Does it matter? We just need more of it, in whatever form.

    by Emma on 10.04.2011
  40. Morality? Bah. Relativity. Pantheistic poppycock that leads to witty banter that leads to nowhere. You think you’re better than me? I think not. I’m no better, no worse than anyone else. Except God. Definitely better than that prick.
