Air, water, oxygen, food – they are all considered necessities. Me, though? I didn’t feel like I ever needed any of them; at least, not after I met you. You were enough. You were the proverbial sunlight to my plant, and I knew that as long as you were around, as long as you stayed in my life, as long as you loved me, I would never need anything more.

I would define necessity as something you cannot bear to live without. My family. My friends. My books My car. My clothes. My memories. My knowledge. These are the greatest necessities in life, to me at least.

The perceived necessity of it all, the sheer need to do something, to be something – if felt overwhelming. She didn’t know how to react. She didn’t know what to say, what to do, what to show, how to respond. It made no sense to her.

And for the bare necessities the simple bare necessities. The necessity of water is so very important and I really like water sometimes. I usually don’t like things that are tasteless but water is very good for you so I shall drink it and it’s very true that if you drink it a lot more than you drink soda, juice or anything else then you will crave water way more! i don’t know, that’s just me. And the necessity of food is great because food is so amzing.

I feel so lost in my need to be needed and wanted. It kills me to think I’m worthless to those i want to want me.

There are few things in this world that we really need. Those things seem to take precedent above all else. Yet, we so often forget that many things we want aren’t necessities, we put too much emphasis on what we should be rather than focusing on what we are. It’s sad really…

There’s no necessity for tension in the words we use to communicate. Its the antithesis of communication, of extending our selves into the openness that language provides like a table set for two or three or many.

It means to need. Something that people often misinterpret as things they want! They need things like food and water and shelter…they want things like material goods and nice fancy things right? I think I’m hitting the mark but I’m not completely sure. Regardless I’m running out of time…

Is the mother of invention. She creates because the need arises and human evolution only gave us two hands. Two hands that can hold a phone and feed a baby at the same time but throw in a raging toddler and we are completely screwed.

There once was a fence, which for a group of neighbores seemed to be a necessity. One of them felt that everything had a need, and that it wasn’t just things such as water, food, and shelter which were a necessity, but that many other things could be. In this case, his fence. HE felt it protected his children and wife and that without it they were very vulnerable.

The world is full of necessities. Most of us could think it is a physical thing but I, indeed, think it is a emotional thing. EMOTIONS AND IDEAS WORTH MORE THAN ANY DOLLAR.

it’s a necessity to sell this. I can’t do anything else but sell this. She needs school supplies and I have to get this sold. We also need food. Why did he have to walk out? She died 10 years ago, why give up now? This is complete shit. I hate this and I need to end mine soon. FUCK.

It was necessary. I hope you understand that. I hope you won’t judge me for what I did. I thought about it every step of the way…and I made the right choice. The only choice. I hope that when you’re an adult, when you’re finally old enough to read this message, you’ll understand. And that you’ll forgive me.

I stood on the edge of the cliff and looked down at the crevasse below. It loomed up out of the darkness; a gaping mouth of a devilish beast, the needle-like rocks at the bottom reaching up towards me as the creature’s sharp teeth. Yet it wasn’t just that I should jump – it was a necessity because Rose was down there. My daughter. My seven-year-old daughter, who was still scared of the dark.

I have a necessity to love. I usually reject it, it’s hard to think that you should be with smb who probably wouldn’t be ready to love you the best he can. It’s hard ti think that you will have to stay with smb all the time. Too many difficult things. But I feel like I’m ready to cope with that.

I can’t believe it. I can’t believe what I have become so dependent on. All the stupid things, all that stupid medicine. Why did they have to give it to me? I can’t stand being so stinking dependent, dependent, dependent. They wouldn’t continue with this horrible rigorous regimen if they knew what it was like to need something, to have to have it every second of every day.

I looked out across the arena, patting my horse as her beautiful mane ruffled in the breeze. I smiled at her before hopping onto her back. I trotted in to the applause of my family. I placed first after a beautiful performance to the hugs and congratulations of my impressed friends and family, a few bouquets in hand. I left with a smile on my face, deciding that I’d keep riding Nolly, my beautiful baby.

She breathes in the cold air, her skin shivering in delight. He chuckles in her ear, making her blood simmer with joy. “I love you,” he whispers quietly in her ear. She turns to him and looks into his eyes–and sees the truth in them from his words: he needs her. She’s his necessity…as he is hers.

Necessity is a confusing word for some. The line between necessity and desire is very bold and very large, but many people seem to be far-sighted, apparently. The average household in America has hundreds of possessions to their name, and are they really believed to be necessity? Honestly?

“It is a necessity to help thee poor people in their time of need and hopelessness. Wouldn’t you want that too?” I asked the conglomerate of people. They stood around a bit uncomfortably, shuffling, trying to come up with an answer that applies to all without seeming like jerks.

Necessity is not the same as desire but the two get confused when it comes to day to day life. What is necessary is only really survival, but now it might be a new toaster. Necessary for survival and necessary for happiness may be different, happiness is a luxury we can now afford although I’d rather see it as a human right.

Necessity, or a need is hard to define. It’s what one cannot live without. I feel that there is a lot in life to be learnder by one needs and how well a person can determine what one needs and how one can weigh that against what they want and what the world determines that one “needs to do”. It is only realistic no matter how sad.

It was out of necessity, pure necessity. He wouldn’t have kept up this deception for any other reason. Wouldn’t have left his home, his family and everything he held dear if it weren’t to save the lives of everyone he cared about.

Just a backpack. Just a sling to carry her books. That’s all she needed for the rest of her night, that’s all she wanted. Her arms grasped the rough pink surface, the straps fell onto her shoulders, and her books stayed together, waiting to be read. She stepped onto the train and took a deep breath. Just her and her books.

It is a necessity that Bruce stay away from all provoking substances. Anything that might trigger a reaction or cause him to transform. However Tony himself is just a giant provocation. He feels it’s a necessity to let yourself lose control every once and a while.
