A bird was sitting in it’s new nest that it had just built in spring. It sat softly upon it’s precious eggs, which had just been laid. The bird loved his eggs and nest more than anything in the entire world.

Birds make them. Mothers become owners of empty ones. New mothers develop them. Can be hard to make and messy to maintain but always worth the while!!! I am on my way to an empty nest and am worrying about being alone in the nest.

Nest. the beauty of a nest is family. From the time a bird is born, to the time they have their own babies, they are in a nest. It’s such an important thing for something so easily made. From things careless humans leave around. Twigs, cloth, branches, anything really…easily made into something so important for the bird.
