My tastes change constantly. I came home for winter break a hipster. When I returned home for the summer, I was a cowgirl. Once, in the past, I was a heavy metal lover.
An oblique plank seems to be the one exercise that will transform my wide waist into a smaller more compact version of itself. Knowing this I just need to follow through now.. Yes, it is time to transform head knowledge into an actionable pursuit.

Absolute power may corrupt absolutely, but even a little power is already corrupted. This is one of many reasons humanity is doomed from the start and will never really improve. No point fighting then I guess.
