I never liked taking pills, but they made me do it. I always thought of strung out rock stars and cheap prostitutes, but they told me these pills would save my life. They were wrong. I took one horse pill in the morning—it didn’t look like a horse, but it would have given any Clydesdale trouble.

There is the faint smell of cigarette, the stained nails, the wrinkles on your face that do not tell of smiles our laughter or days of sun. You are quiet, and the rows of pills on the table lay like soldiers on the march. One by one walking, ready for their suicide.

“No!” screamed Kayla who shrunk away from her mother, shoving the bottle into the pocket of her jacket.
“Give me the pills!” her mother screeched, reaching for her daughter’s ankle.
The cabinet was filled, colors blurred by an orange shade of medical plague. Each different put offering the same outcome, a change in chemical, a change in self.
Birth control pills seem to fuck everyone up. They make you go crazy from emotional problems, crying and laughing all the time. Who does that? When you miss a period because all that estrogen is in your body, you about have a heart attack because you think you’ll be the next teen mom.
I don’t know what to write about. Pills can take many forms, like small and blue and pink and green, and big. There are also pills that help you others that hurt you. I think in general, pills get abused by people, straying so far away from their original purpose and intent. I try to avoid pills overall.
Pills are the things people take when they are sick, physically or mentally. And when i say mentally i also mean the usage pills as drugs, as only people who are not mentally satisfied take drugs to boost their brain.
The cabinet is filled, off orange bottles filled from side to side holding a variety of colors, shapes, and effects. Each different, each alike. Chemical changes, changes in mood or feeling. Addiction, breaking free, the cabinet is filled.
