Now if you’ll excuse me, the stapler and I are grabbing coffee after work.

When your live’s a stake and you have to run for it, you don’t think about little small things such as your reading glasses. It wouldn’t have mattered anyway, she thought, no what I need is a magnefying glass. Yet where was she to find one in this dark and narrow dugged out tunnel? Thud! What was that? Mary sat frozen, heart pounding. Oh shoot! Is that him? Did he see me? Crap! Is he on his way? Did he find the tunnel? Oh no, no, no, no! Dear God no! Her mind raced. Thud! Crap! He did find it and now he’s looking for me, thought Mary. Now she had no choice but to turn her small penlight and crawl as fast as she could. (fiction)

  38. waiting, waiting, and waiting. It gets really annoying waiting for the printer to register that your paper is actually in the printer, and then for it to actually get the ink on to the paper. I don’t know if its all printers, but it seems that my printer loves to make me wait. Whether its an assignment or a photo, it always takes the same amount of time and makes me just as frustrated every single time.
