  1. I’m not a respectable person. Sadly everyone likes to think I am, which is really a shame. With a few, well placed lies I can get myself anywhere. And I can become anyone. Everyone seems to feel the need to put their trust in me. Sad thing is, I manipulate them without their even knowing. Silly humans.

  2. Being respectable mean shaping yourself to what others want you to be. They want you to be somewhat perfect and being somewhat perfect in today’s society isn’t that great. However, if you don’t live up to peoples beliefs then you are “hardly respectable.” What you think is respectable is the only thing that matters.

Well dressed, a pillar of the community, Reginald was always regarded as a respectable member of society… perhaps it was because of his wit, perhaps the grace with which he carried himself or his social demeanour; on balance, it was probably his connections with easily manipulated police officers and the concealed firearm he would swing around brazenly when the whiskey kicked in. For sure it wasn’t his dangerous and virulent nosehair.

  11. My writings have always been respectable. It’s like… where people know that they should respect it! I know! It is worthy of resect. Some peoplpe think that others aren’t respectable and so they don’t respect them.

He ran so fast it was chaotic, unbalanced, and drew looks of mild curiosity mingled with irritation.   16. that’s a respectable word…earning respect….how do you earn respect? how do you become respectable. I think it’s a trust issue, one that can be proven and earned over time. it’s hard to earn respectability after losing trust

  18. Respectable is a word most people don’t understand. People don’t act respectable, people don’t treat other people respectable. They know the definition of the word, they know how to use it in context, however they don’t know how to put it into action. To respect…to be respected.

  27. I am not sure that I want to be considered a respectable person. The picture of a respectable person in my mindi s one who wears a very dull hat and gray clothes. Respectable is one who takes all responsibilities seriously and never lets go and just bes wild sometimes, which is what I’d rather be. That’s what living out loud is, maybe not respectable, I don’t know. I do think I deserve respect though.

  30. Being respectable should be a key ingredient in live. But not all people are respectable. The dont deserve it. The first thing one should look at is themselves. If you respect yourself, others will too.

  31. I think people. People deserve to be respected. Doesn’t matter if they are famous, or if they are an everyday person like you and me. If you respect other people, you will be respectable.
