Of course it had hit at a time when dad and I had finally felt like we have finished rising from the poverty level we had so forcefully fought our way out of.   7. Rise. Like a sunrise. They look so pretty, the way the clouds turn all pink and orange. I once stayed up until five o clock to watch the sunrise. I love the sunrise. The sunset seems easier to see, so that’s why the sunrise is so special. Rise. Rise Rise. Rise. It doesn’t even sound like a word anymore. Rise rise rise. kind of like rice.

  16. I woke up to the sounds of birds chirping in my ear. That rushing wind running past my face was a nice reminder of the beautiful sunrise I was eagerly awaiting. I looked to the west. Red, orange, yellow everywhere. It lit up my soul and made me smile for the first time in weeks.

  20. I rise in the morning and sometimes I feel happy, sometimes I feel sad. When I see the word rise as I do here, it makes me feel liberated, the colour is soft and feels relaxing. It also makes me think of sunrise which I love. I want to see the sun rise over any different countries. I will rise to the challenge.
