the way things look, how things turn out. what i don’t have. what i don’t have after drinking. my life doesn’t have it. i don’t know what it is or how to get it.

My body shape. This summer I devoted to getting in shape: I made a drastic diet
change of becoming a vegetarian and immersed myself in hot yoga. I felt healthy and whole. The hot yoga studio closed down in my town, however, and i feel myself slipping into my old habits.

As Jensen sat staring at the shoe, he saw a shape appear on the far side of the garden. It came slowly. Through the corn stalks. What was it? the shape was vaguely human, but not.

Shapes are fluid…movement in words. I have always been a pear shape. I love pears. Sensual…moist and soft and delicious. When choosing a woman men have their preconceived notions. I like a man that is gentle and appreciates pears. Open and honest and full of life. The shape of our lives is molded by our experiences. As a pear I have not always known the most gentle handlers. As a pear I am a fruit waiting to be appreciated.

In the darkness, my hands reached for his face. I touched him.
My hands slid gently from his temples to his chin, from his chin to his forehead. I felt the shape of his lips, the slope of his nose and the worry in his expression. My heart sank.

The shape of my body
is not the shape of your body
i like triangles
they are good to draw
they represent completeness and togetherness
the shape of all things human
the shape of the living
fuck the shape of our economy
our economy is in bad shape
let’s shape our lives
just the way we want

The word shape has five different letters. Shape could mean the size of someone, and how they need to get into “shape”. Shape could mean different kinds of candy, or the curves of the road. It could mean the different shapes that the moon as at dusk. Or at night.

The shapes of women’s bodies is of upmost concern to her and other women. she can’t help but cmpare herself to every woman she sees. Some of the women are far more curvacious than her, but not in a good way. Their shapes fall over the sides of their pants of or else bulge out of their shapewear.

The shape of your body. That’s important. Very important. You need to stay fit to keep the right shape and your body healthy.

His eyes was staring at the beautiful woman in front of him. Her body so perfect, with its hourglass looking shape. Curves. Curves he’d never seen another body of a woman have before. She was blushing. Her sweet face turned slightly pink…

My shape is beautiful. Just because I don’t have the biggest breasts or the flattest stomach doesn’t make me any less valuable. I love the way I look and there is never any reason why any other person shouldnt love the way they were born either.
We are all perfect.

Sketching an outline
Hoping to look like something
Aptitude be damned
Pretend I’m a painter
Eventually I will be.

I was in such good shape. I loved my body.
Then came spring break and a week at home where the fridge is stuffed with cheeses and puddings, the ovens continually birth cupcakes and brownies, and the cupboards are laden with peanut butter, chocolate, sugared cereals, nutella, and my ultimate weakness: strawberry pop-tarts.
Resistance, futile. Regret, unavoidable. Self-hatred, irrepressible.

I hate the shape of me. I’m the only shape that exists like this in the entire world. I’m unique. Some call me pretty, some obsolete. But still, I hate the shape of me.
By Sarah on 03.19.2011
I wish I was in shape. I am interested in the shape of things, but I don’t often notice it. I am more interested in texture. My daughter can see the shape of things in her minds eye, and replicate it on paper. I can’t imagine it. I am interested in negative space, and the shape that takes, the shepae of the sky between the bare branches of trees..

The shape of life is beautifully circular; a certain rotating spiral of life and death. Yet, in this seemingly morbid cycle, humans are able to find beauty. The beauty of love entertains us for a while; giving us some reason to stay and wait to complete the circle. And it is for this love that we all hold on.

there are many different types of shapes, like my laptop is a rectangle, it’s about 17 inches. my head is a circle, there are many different types of shapes like in geometry which i’ll be learning about next year, its really hard though. i really like triangles because they’re so hipster, i like to think of myself like a circle because im cool like that and because the shape of me submit button didn’t work. anyways the icons on my desktop jumpstart menu are ususally circle except for that sqaure photoshop icon, ugh, im so tired . i want a circle bookbag so yeah, circles and sqaures

Shape is a mere visual representation of life. It can be morphed and crafted into any which way our minds or eyes desire. A shape itself cannot be defined unless your a maths teacher in which case life is completely 2 dimensional to you.

Shapes come in many different ways. For example, there are squarews, circle, triangles.. THey ar the basis of all life on earth. Without them, there would be nothing- everything has a shape, whether it be curved like a circle or a polygon, everything counts.e

So, shapes. I guess this is kind of like thought writing, which we do in my writing class. You know what I find interesting? The shape of a heart, like we draw to simulate love, looks nothing like a real heart! I’m curious as to who it was that first drew a heart with two round lumps at the top and a pointy bottom. It seems like that would fdaklj bed be

triangle. circle. square.
that’s what shapes are when you’re little.
you just point to the figure and name it.
then when you get older, the expect more out of you then just shapes.
they expect essays and algebra problems filled with variables and a million different dates of history that need to be memorized.
and once that’s through, they expect you to get a job and work every day after day after day.
you have to contribute to society.
either that, or tough it out on the streets.
and you think back to yourself, what it was like those long, long, years ago.
the years of triangle, circle, square.

the building blocks. things at their most simple, so simple even kids can relate to them. What we can all be broken down to. Attractive or not, we’re all shapes.

I have done this many times before: shaping the Earth, as flat as it once used to be, on the broad surface of your belly. In shaping this new world, we unite.
If I could shape things I’d probably distort them, that’d be fun. Because distortion is good, it brings imbalance and then there’s something to balance. If you make the balancing noticeable people can appreciate it. But making them balance it all out is even better and more rewarding but they get lazy often cause they’re stupid.

squares and circles are all around us. these shapes, and many others are the building blocks of everything we see. We seem to take advantage of them, completely. what if they were gone? nothing would be all we saw. shapes are everything.
By Jessica on 03.19.2011
Shape can mean how something appears like a human body. Shape is scrutinized in our society, and you can be judged by your shape. It seems it can never be too thin, but heavy shapes lose out. Stop and think when you are watching television. How often do you see commercials supposedly depicting normal america. It sure looks different than where I live. People don’t look that good. Oh well.
