It’s strange to think that bullet proof kevlar vests and delicate silk scarfs are both products of little insects.

I am dazed by
your hair on my face
wading through silk
of a warm summer day.

i looked a the silk surround me…I lay down rolling in the torn up pieces I had ripped out of my dresses. I felt around and I saw something strange…it was….

Silk, it is like nothing ever seen on this planet before. Silk is amazing. Silk is made from silkworms, or so I’ve heard. Silk is a soft item that sometimes is shiny.

Bed sheets. Red silky bed sheets.
Then red boxers. The kind hot guys wear.
Then for some reason, sheep. A herd of them.

Silk. Smooth. Just like butter. Just like people. Smooth as silk, going in to butter you over. Make you believe something that was never true. Will never be true. I hate those people, they hurt my loved ones…

The feel of his hands running down the smooth silk of her chemise sent shivers down her spine. Lavendar wafted through the air, mixing with the spice of his cologne. His tongue ran a soft trail across her neck igniting a flame deep inside her.

The silk road was a place of ancient journeys and contemporary travellers are still seduced by its legacy.
Each year they retrace the steps of pioneers who first set out on this journey.
No one who has experienced it is ever the same again. It is life changing.

On the night side from outer space, city lights glow far below, spreading like spiders silk. Catching the essence of our evolution in its web that delicately hangs on the surface of space shuttle earth.

My silk camisole lay in shreds around me. What was i going to do. My world was in flames (literally) and I couldn’t do anything about it. Why was I so weak!?

Silk is soft and lovely in the summer. Silk is also a brand of soy milk that tastes very yummy in the flavor of vanilla.
By Maggie on 08.23.2011
I really wish I owned more silk clothes, but I would probably ruin them all. I’m a clumsy person in that perspective. I don’t think that last sentence really made much sense. Bottom line: I spill a lot of things on my clothes, and silk would really suck to ruin. Rain would suck on it too. It’s currently raining into my dorm window. Hurray for rain! Not.

Silk is soft and reminds me of my skin. I’m extremely pale and lack the ability to tan whatsoever, but there is one nice thing about my skin, it feels smooth and silky all the time. Obviously, there are many other downfalls than just having silky, smooth skin, but I get what I can out of the situation.

The fabric of his pajamas slid against my bare skin as he moved closer to me in the bathroom. I wanted him. I wanted all of him. I wanted that blasted silk away from that chest and those abs and that back of dreams. Oh God, how I wanted to feel the silk of his skin beneath my fingertips. Silk pajamas. What a joke.

She draped the dress across her pastel-pink skin, feeling the soft white fabric carress her like a soft cloud. The pearls sewed into the silk bodice seemed like tiny dreams, awaiting that one perfect day when her life would change forever.

Silk is a wonderful material in which you can snuggie wuggy cuddle in it! Silk is also a very important trade material, especially in extremely old times. We use silk all the time, yet no one notices. Also, it is also an adjective, for some weird twisted reason.

The silk in the hands of
a muted goddess
who turns it between her slender
fingers and sings to stars
who can’t hear her,
pities them for she
sings a lovely melody

I do not know what silk means but it reminds of something like a program that was named silk and it had something to do with the desert and a blanket. Okay, so I’m just gonna keep writing, I’m wondering about what other people write.

Smooth, a little bit too smooth. It’s like the curtains in a museum, beautiful, but you can’t touch them in fear of ruining them.

Soft. Her skin. Her fingers around my wrist as she pulled me across the stretch of muddied rain-soaked land and the rain was beating down so hard on us, hail and wind and trees uprooting at every turn and I was afraid but I rested just a little easier with her fingers warm and soft around my wrist.

cute, strolling down the street.
i miss you and the silk.

The touch of your skin feels like cool silk brushing across my body. I love the feeling. It’s relaxing. It’s soothing. I helps me feel at ease. I’m addicted to your silky touch and your soft skin. It makes all my worries go away, even if just for that moment.

Silk draped along my fingers… no
remember when they danced on your head.
I’m hunting you both. It’s been much too long since the car ride. And he sold his soul much too long ago. You’re going to find little emmy lost everywhere and anywhere
Tell me dear, do you miss me? And my feel? my lips?
Cause I wonder how you both taste. And why you don’t call for me when you ouija… with her… and the other.

drips flicker sunbeams filtered
a drained exoskeleton remains dangling
proof of life
signs of closure
grinning, we can rest in comfort of the softness
the silk of webs tangled
for after curious inspection we discover
the angled strands of proteins
spin we die living free
same place no matter who we

Silk Smitha is the name of my friend. She hates that. It’s not really her name, just an unfortunate epithet acquired due to the way she was sitting one day in our house. It was reminiscent of Silk Smitha. Silk who, you ask? Never mind, then…

Today, I had to drop my dad off at the airport. At 4:55 in the morning.
As I went downstairs, I walked by the refrigerator and I remembered that I have some soy milk in there. Then I went to the car. And drove my dad. Then went back home. And fell back asleep. I didn’t drink any Silk Soy Milk.

The seam of her black silk stockings caught my eye. The grip of the delicate lace on her thigh. From her heel up her leg, the vision made my heart beg, just a little, to be bigger, to pound faster, to outlast her. Her silk legs. Her lace flesh. She was a delightful sight.

Silk is sweet. Like butter. and putred. like your mom. she loves dogs. especially mechanically seperated chicken. Like Shannon. I love it. It feels like butter running over your skin. Deadly. Yeah ok. sureee. You know you want this! Right here! Right now! The great wall of china! Only one that can make me feel this way. Only one.

Silk is a soft material that costs a lot of money. Lots of people like silk, but I find it to be annoying, hot, and sticky. Silk is overpriced and not as great as many people believe. Give me a poly-cotton blend any day of the week over silk. What’s the big obsession with silk??
By Adrianna on 08.23.2011
Silk slips through my fingers
Like the sand I lost at the beach
Like the memories I once held dearly,
That I will never repeat.
I can feel the silk in my dreams
And I can feel them in my mind.
I want to reach out and touch them,
But they are not real anymore.
I want them to be.

the silk chiffon dress slid easily off her body. his eyes eagerly took in her slim figure as she sauntered over to him. two hours later, she awoke and he was gone. she smirked and lit a cigarette. he stayed longer than most of them do, she thought to herself. she put the cigarette out before even finishing it and got up to look for her underwear.

silk is very soft and it is actually a fabric that a lot of people use in clothing and bedding and other things because it is so soft and people like the feeling of it. it is common to have silk pajamas because people like the texture of it but i actually do not have any silk pajamas. silk rhymes and is spellled like milk but did i say it was soft?
