  1. Hey everyone, I would really appreciate it if you commented on some of my writing if you have the time. Thanks! :)

  2. Your eyes were sparkling like icicles in the glow of the winter moon and even I could feel their chill pierce through my own.

  3. His eyes were sparkling that one dark night. He said he loved me, and every time I just laughed like it were a funny joke. I guess too me it was. Because then, when he finally said to me, You are the only one, I smiled and let out a laugh.

  4. I think of the stars first. I wish I could fly around them, only then would I be able to understand the reason people can be so self absorbed and mean on earth. One day I hope I can see the world for what it needs to be seen as.

  5. EDWARD CULLEN SPARKLES IN TWILIGHT VAMPIRES AREN’T SUPPOSED TO SPARKLE

  6. the night stars, in the blanket of darkness that so miraculously covers the light,
but then a new one comes to be, as it skins the darkness
for the heavenly, yet deadly orb to take its course,
never prevailing the smooth luminescent surface that does not bloom with fiery brights,
    in the precise calculations
by the will of only one,
    God

  8. The fire reflects
    in your sparkling eyes.
    One hand round my hip,
    the other nursing your drink.

The buzz isn’t just the mosquitoes.
    Tender sips with tender lips.
    Wanting to have a taste.

    Sun has long gone
as the moon has taken over.
    The animals of the night
    come out to party.

    Lucid as water
    they move to and fro.
    Losing themselves in the beat
    and the beer.

    Tugging my arm,
    leading me along,
up the stairs into your chamber.

    This is it.
    I can tell.
    Take me here.
    Take me now.

  9. The bubbles settled in the bottom of the glass and I watched them. They twinkled in the dim light. I sat, waiting. A bus boy came to pick up the other set of silverware, and I put out my hand to stop him.
“No, please. Leave it. He’ll be here soon.”
The bus boy grumbled at me and walked away, and I returned to watching the bubbles.

  10. The boys sat at the edge of the couch, pots and wooden spoons ready to bang when the balloon and TV announced “happy new year.” They were young enough to not know what this was truly about, but they were excited, and I waited to pour the sparkling apple cider into the wine glasses.

  11. It shines
    iridescent with light.
    I can’t look away
    though it blinds,
and though it blinds I’m finding new ways
    to see,
    to shine,
    in this new light
    and in this new life
    I sparkle

  12. The ring was sparkling on the side where he left it. Sparkled like his words had only moments before. It was a tantalising prospect, and a victory in a hard fought battle.

  13. The sparkling in his eyes was so pretty, so adorable. I had never been with a guy like him before. I had been with guys that were nice like him but they always ended up being horriable guys that didnt care but Cody wasn’t like them. He was sweet and kind and nice, and he wasn’t just nice to me. He was nice to very one he met.

  14. the sparkling rays of hope and forgiveness. maybe there’s a chance, after all. maybe the world will not succumb to darkness.

but then i remember that the last time i thought that this world could sparkle, i was burned. badly. bleeding.

but still…perhaps, this time, the sparkle is not an illusion.

  17. I looked at the ring that was sparkling on my finger and tried not t cry. I had cried to much during this past week. I cried more than I would like to, but now all my tears were from happiness. That itself was a cause for celebration. I look at my husband-to-be who was admiring it as well.
“I love you.” I said softly.

  18. Sparkling.. When i hear this word i think of:
    A dress that is sparkie
A shinning glass in the light
A brand new pair of glasses
    A brand new car
Mostly new stuff that you would get on Christmas or your birthday.
But he was sparkling more than anything i had ever imaged.

  19. Sparkling is one of those words that you can’t use on a guy without some homophobic, insensitive comment. Sparkling eyes? Sparkling hair? Sparkling sequins? Nope.

  26. Sparkling in his eyes. Makes me think of the sparkling toilet water back at home. Sends a spark through my brain. Makes me think of disney world. All the fairies you know. With the sparkling dust. Sparkling is exciting. Yeah…

  27. Sparkling in the sunlight, I mean seriously. Who makes a character SPARKLE, especially in the sunlight! Gosh, Twilight is a disaster. When I use the word sparkle, it’s usually in reference to eyes. Or, in the case of the color-changing hair I’m obsessed with, hair that sparkles into a new color. But a person doesn’t sparkle!!!!! That’s creepy.

  28. I know this argument has been made and made again, but I DO NOT UNDERSTAND what is attractive about a sparkling gentleman. Even if he wasn’t rock hard and ice cold, even if he didn’t thirst after your blood like I thirst after hot chocolate, what what what WHAT is attractive about a dude who is constantly fucking SPARKLING?

  29. The snowflake sparkled in the moonlight,
flitting in daring spirals through the silence,
    until it came to land
    on the curve
    of her cheek
    mixing with the teardrop
    as graceful and unique
as the flake that had descended
    from heaven

  30. Oh look, it’s the wampire, Eddard. He really pisses me off. I mean like who does he think he is? He needs to do something about his attitude problem. He’s constantly angsty. For once, can’t he put on a smile? And I’ve had it with the popularity of his novel. He. Is. Worthless. Can’t you all see that?
Or, are you blinded by his sparkles? In that case, I suggest you say away from fireworks. Those could possibly make you go catatonic. Just sayin’.

  31. Sparkle, Sparkle, Little heart, stand brave and tall without a mark.

Look straight into the bright blue sky

Pretend that you will never ever sigh

Sparkle and dance with all your might

Try and try to reach the light

Her song haunted us all, as we stood at the cliff’s edge staring down in the shadowy chasm. I didn’t know what to say. They didn’t know what to say.

So we all stood there and said nothing and waited for the sparkles to fade away.

Sparkles that still shimmered, sparkling, in the night, the only proof that an angel had been there just seconds before.

  32. Vampire – a nocturnal bloodthirsty killer without remorse. Not a sparkling pansy boy who hits on expressionless women.

  33. Good, clean water running in a brook is sparkling. It looks refreshing. It is the source of life. Sparkling water can also be aerated water. That’s what it is called, but it is not pure and sparkling like that in a bubbling brook.

    by Gil Claborn on 01.11.2012
  34. Her eyes could only be described as sparkling. She danced to the beautiful music, whirling and spinning, smiling and laughing.

  35. I see a sparkling look in your eyes,
As if all the fireworks of the New Year were caught there.
I can’t help but wonder what you’re thinking
That makes me envision the pop of a cork,
The taste of deep kisses and wine,
And the laughter of being love drunk?

  36. The sparkling fireworks brought cascades of childhood memories among the crowd, times before the bright lights of buzzing blackberries detracted from the magic of a summer evening.

    by Joe on 01.11.2012
  37. Fireworks – they scare me.
    The Fourth of July –
I always cried when I was a kid.
And sometimes I still want to.
    When the fireworks pop
    and scream and fizz
    and sparkle
    and are beautiful –
    I can’t take it.
    The noise, the lights –
    they hurt.

  38. sparkling. anything can be sparkling. glitter, gloss, and other random things can be sparkling.
