  3. I love squares. The way they shape is unpredictable in place of others. Squares are not round but you’d like to think they are. There’s much more to ‘squares’ than a person would have to think. The way they curve so perfectly is something everyone wishes to have. Square, four sides or perfection.

  6. Square was a word we used for someone that we refer now to as a “geek”. They were quiet, smart, embarrassed to be that. They didn’t understand the adventure of rebellion, they were almost naive.

  18. The square was large and blue. I suppose it was acutually a rectangle, but we’ll call it a square. It had the word police box on the top. Anyone could tell that it was actually a police box, but no one would tell her that. To her it was a just a blue square.

  25. The square is a rectangle, but not a rectangle. I never could figure out if the square was a rectangle or the rectangle was a square. People who had geometry so easy understood it, but not me. I’m an algebra girl. So the square is a mystery to me.

  34. Square… such an odd term. It is a shape, a meaningful symbol but perhaps it is much more than just that. We see them every day, fading in our memories. It is so simple, yet we never forget it. How I wish this applied to more than just a simple square. What if this concept applied to our entire lives. Imagine- remembering our lives in such vivid detail and in such simplicity it is… beautiful.

  37. Whenever I think of squares I immediately think of geometry class Freshman year, and how all the degree measures are equal, not like a rhombus, and all the sides are parallel and have equal lengths. Who knows, maybe I study to much if the first thing I think of is school.
