  23. i want to write about something, just anything and here is goes. A statement is what you write, what people write when they’re legally obligated to or if they need to issue something in ink to make it clear that it actually happened. I want to make a statement, implying i have something to say that is important. No one has a statement, people make statements by standing out, writing them out and making it all happen.

  24. She went to the crowd, nervous slightly about what might happen when it’s all said and done. She knew she had to do it. She made no sign to show she was afraid, she had to look strong as she spoke. They needed to know, they wanted to know, but more than anything they needed to know what she had to say. “No pressure” She thought. Her brother used to say this as a taunt so many times while they were growing up. After a while she came to think that it meant he was intimidated by her next move. It was her words of empowerment. He knew this now, and would tell her to cheer her on. It’s the weird things like this that keep people close sometimes.

  34. There’s something about trying to make a statement that is a statement in itself. We’re all so obsessed with standing out, being our own person and identifying who we are in fashion or behavior or words.
