  2. i can never trust the way our police get suspects. i mean they cross the line oftentimes, that they just get people and line them up so they can say that they are doing their jobs. bur rhey don’t have the faintest clue of why they got them in the fist place.

  7. Suspects are people who may or may not have done something. Others may make assumptions about them. The media in particular is notorious for assuming guilt before any is proven in my opinion.

  8. Suspects, or those who are accused of crimes committed or otherwise, are held by a different perspective in modern liberal society. The current American mind has developed to “innocent until proven guilty”, rather than the opposite that had considered more accurate in the past.

  9. He suspects her and she suspects him and so there’s no way for either to see eye to eye. Too much past betrayal. Too much jealousy. Too much anger. And where does it come from? Why is it always a game? She can’t lose and he loves winning. They cannot be together. Their symptoms aside, they make a beautiful couple. And perhaps that’s what keeps them together. An idealized vision. Glances, haphazard, into foyer mirrors, on their way to a dinner party. “May I take your coat?” the hostess asks. She obliges and he waits for her. Together they stand in front of an end table with a single silver framed photograph of dead relatives and a blue vase full of short stemmed flowers. There as she loosens the coat from her shoulders and back they stand together in front of a large oak rimmed mirror. Their reflections magnificent. A portrait of beauty. They might as well be framed for all eternity, locked in an artist’s oil, they are so prefect.

  14. The things about suspects is that they are only very rarely responsible for whatever crime they are suspected of committing. The suspect is the victim of suspicion. What is the worse crime? Their suspected secrecy or the fact that we doubt them? It is that doubt which is the true offender. Suspicion is the most dangerous villian of all.

  15. a criminal case, they haven’t figured out who it is yet but they have a pretty good idea. The usual suspects, a movie. They are prone to do this kind of things, we knew it might be them from the start. We have the evidence, but nothing is adding up. The facts are perfect, they never are. If we don’t figure it out and peg the wrong man, then I’ll never forgive myself.
