That means that everything you’ve stored up, everything you’ve decided was worth living and dying for.. what moths eat up and what rusts away, that will all be burned up. Along with you. 22. I think most people think of thieves as ones who steal physical property but let us also consider intellectual property, loved ones, opportunities, memories, etc. Those are the truly important things in life that can be stolen.

  23. This sounds cheesy, but it’s true. You were the thief of my heart. I didn’t ask for you to take it. I didn’t want you to actually. But by the time I realized you were taking it, it was far too late. Now you left but you kept it, and I’ll never get it back to share with anybody else.

  24. I hate thieves. Scum of the earth. They never think about the people they’re stealing from, only themselves. And does it really help them to steal? I think not. Even if the thief doesn’t feel guilty about what they do, which most of them do not, instead rationalizing their actions by saying things like “I deserve this.” or, “That person doesn’t need it anyway.” I’d tell that person to try and obtain whatever they’re stealing the honest, hard working way like everyone else. Then I’d take it from them, and say “See how that feels douchebag? Not cool is it?”

  25. They stole the scent that rises from my soul when my hands are rough and raw from the work of giving. But there is an effervescent reward only seen by one who gives freely that is the karmic compensation for this exhaustive way of life. he no longer will take from any
    other.

  40. The thieves left just a moon in the window. I’m afraid of thieves. Not of the fact that they may steal something, but the fact that they can do harm to me and my family. Also the shock of being robbed itself, I suppose. I don’t know what drives people to become thieves nowadays. People say it’s drugs mostly.
