never thought that the end of my life would end in a trial for murder. i don’t commit harmful acts. against anyone. of course i didn’t do it. but here i am, sitting at my best friend’s trial, pretending it was me. no one will ever know. but that doesn’t mean that i regret being here on trial for her.
the trial was possibly the saddest thing ever. photos of the girl’s blood strewn body constantly being shown. but, i don’t think she was murdered. i think she did it herself. someone may have been at fault, but she did it to herself.
A trial can be a wide variety of things. Everything from a self-trial where one must test oneself on various aspects to a legitimate court trial where the verdict is up to the jurors and the judge. Either way, it is a word to strike fear in the hearts of men.
and so the large tiger sat in front of the jury, his paws trembling with guilty fervor. The lawyer pestered him with question after question as natural born instinct began to rise up within him, licking his lips and flexing his claws.
Nothing in my life could have prepared me for this moment. It was like some kind of trial or tribulation — in the Biblical sense, y’know? Like God was testing me or something. That’s when I looked him in the eye and said, “Just tell me who you want me to be, and I’ll be him.”
the trial was what the judge was amped for woo lets throw someone in jail ..hes 400 years old and doesnt like this kid he doesnt look the way he did at his age
Life.
It’s a trial.
Try-al: the state of trying, of continual renewed effort.
This is my trial, my dear, my dear world. Every moment with you, I take the leap of faith and try again. Draw breath, expend it–what bigger sign of faith?
This is trial by the try-er and trial by life?
No?
Well, I tried.
No pain no gain. I must, absolutely, must, throw as many obstacles at myself as i can. The more i over come the stronger i go. Every trial is a testament to my own personal strength. But for how long can i keep this up? When is enough enough?
It’s trying to do better. I wish that sometimes, that silver lining was just a little bit easier to find. Truth that may potentially be revealed… but most likely won’t be. It might be taken back at some point with the greatest ease.
Life often feels as if it is a trial of errors. Try this or that to see which is the correct way. Trials of faith. Trails of love. Trials of patience. What, if anything, wins out.
There are times when you are not sure of what you are to do
And those times will make you see
force you to accept and believe in who you are
and you will learn not
to hate yourself
or condemn your flaws
but to accept and love
that is the trial
of life
As she sat down for her trial she wondered how this would end. Would she get what she deserved, freedom and peace at last? Or be terrorised by the constant image of his face.
Test trial. Could be a game or something. Or a registration trial, like those virus scanners that expires after the trial. Like BitDefender. My computer’s clogged with that now and they’re bugging me to renew.
eye witness testimonies. did you know, that every year, 4500 people who are convicted based on eye witness testimonies in usa, are wrongly convicted. faulty trials.
trial and errors, in math problems, may give the right answer :)
try try, and you will succeed! my motto in life.
The biggest trial I remember having was at school. It was cold and grey and raining. Raining for 3 days. I was 6 and was starting to worry how many more lunchtimes inside it would take to be 60.
i love riding my bike. but it broke last year so now i have to walk everywhere. but we got me a new bike and my town has a new trail. new things are everywhere.
boah i don’t know i’m thinking about white collar, why i’m not sure. probably because im obssesed with this show and everything i hear or see i connect with it
a trial where the girl either gets away scot-free or to serve a punishment close to what she deserves. the chance of getting either of them? 50-50. law was never this good.
a trial where the girl gets to sample the newest colored contact lenses; this new range is even more realistic and fantastic!!
Trials and tribulations, small matters now. Here I sit, here, now, alone, stopped. No more, nothing matters, no trials, no matters, no findings, nothing new, here I sit, and here I shall.
upon the evening of july second, there was a terrible terrible accident with ms. maggie’s car. THis resulted in her becoming involved in what can only be described as the most bizarre trial ever to be seen by even the daily Law and Order watchers. It could have been curiosity, it could have been an outside force, but something was keeping Ms. Maggie from leaving.
It was a week into my trial and Becky said I didn’t have a chance “Nobody gets off for things like you done”. I suppose she’s right. A fishing boat, two dead girls and a xylophone later I am one guilty man…
He awaited trial, still unsure of what he was being charged. It had been weeks now, being led in and out of offices for officials with ridiculously long titles, all of them with myriad qualifications, none able to tell him anything other than that his case would heard soon.
She held my hand as we walked down the hallway that would lead to my demise. She was so comforting.
“Why weren’t you there for the trial” I asked.
“I was but you were sleeping. Soon you will wake up” she said, the light pouring from her ethereal and crystalline eyes…
There is absolutely no chance of a trial. You ate my banana and you must be punished. Nobody gets away with treating me like that. I specifically told you that it was MY banana. What is the point in sticky labels if people are just going to ignore them??
Science is made of trial and error. You have to make mistakes before you can find the solution that actually works. Trials aren’t necessarily failures if they don’t work, because each new discovery adds to the information you’ll have to try again.
he had stood before their looming countenances
albeit and trembling
the sentences had been cast
they had all gone home
he remained there
standing alone
frigid
unable to be reconciled
the judgment was never followed through
there was no need
all that was left to do would be to board up the room and relocate
to a different courtroom
for different trials
