is he mine or hers? or does he belong only to himself? what does the title mean in the modern era? belonging, ownership, or commitment?

  • There was so much to do, so many things to put in order before the final battle. There were people to notify, soldiers to round together, and a whole list of other things that needed to be done; so many, in fact, that she frequently lost track of them all. But everything needed to be done if they were to defeat the Master.

It was the turn of the season, the leaves just changing their colors. The air was beginning to chill, and the grass just turning brown. And there, leaned up against the wall of a filthy, rat-infested alley, was me.

Like a spot of blood in the water, I found you and despite Time’s bending sickle, we will not falter. We are able, we are being. Through the Night, we are Day.

I haven’t been here in a while. My absence is inexcusable. Writing left me, I don’t know why but it left and abruptly so. The recent months have brought on one of my many realizations that those around me are just as passing as the dust that settles on my keyboard. It’s like going to your favorite coffee shop with your laptop and then seeing how dusty it is. My, oh my, it’s time for a cleaning.
I’ve been crossed recently. My first reaction, which I realize wouldn’t have been so strong in the past, was to well.. react. In the past, I would have meditated on it, sent some bad energy that way and let the three fold law take its place. ”Retribution doesn’t need human hands to move it along,” I would say. Where did that go? Where does anything go really? I am not sure how I feel about these people. These people.

The odds were stacked against me. I’d sworn a thousand times before that I was going to lose the weight, I was going to go to the gym. He looked at me with that condescending smile, promising to go with me for as long as I kept it up, until I wanted to stop. I [...]
