Otaku Fans: 1 year, 10 months agoMy wayward, frizzy hair so wants to be Japanese when it grows up; long, shiny, jet black and gorgeous.

Otaku Fans: 1 year, 10 months agoBut on the other hand…there was that other man, short in height and in temper, a creature whose words and actions defied all logic, he too was Japanese, he simply made me wish I were far, far away.

Otaku Fans: 1 year, 11 months agoI don’t think I could very well explain the effect of manga on my life, honestly. I’ve loved it for far too long to think I’d be the same person without it, I’ve wanted to go to Japan since elementary school, and despite manga – which I am passionate about not only indulging in, but creating, as I consider myself an artist – I am infatuated with the idea of Japan and it’s culture. It’s interesting, detailed, and I find myself attracted to it. From my desire to go and live there for at least a few years (as I have never visited, how can I say for certain how long I want to stay?), to my previously attempted but too-expensive lessons, which will start up again come college, of learning the language, my attention is caught when it comes to Japan, be it cosplay and visual kei (the over exposed) to the history and belief systems and origins of the things there. That really all I have to say to any fellow Otaku’s. Asides, Moshi Moshi.

Otaku Fans: 1 year, 12 months agoIn Japan every foreigner or tourist is an american for them. Doesn’t matter where you really come from: You are always American. Until they get to know you better of course XD
