Active Users Of oneword 7 hours, 6 minutes agoHi, sorry to bother you but I’m new on here and I also had a question unrelated to writing and more to do with the sight. :/ I just want to find a group/forum for poetry? I feel the way to do this is really obvious, but I’m not good with computers. At all. If you could help me at all I’d really appreciate it. I don’t really like posting my poems in my update box thing. Thank you.

Active Users Of oneword 2 days, 15 hours ago35 and your womb gives up. 32, should I give up on it? So many bridges left to cross. Maybe I can just make camp here, on this side. Let this fire light my face alone for the rest of my days.

Active Users Of oneword 4 days, 1 hour agoToday’s word, ’sleeved’ is a really interesting choice. I suspect few of us use this word more than a few times in our lives unless we’re describing clothes. I also discovered that I’ve not seen it alone – it usually comes as something like ’short-sleeved’.

Active Users Of oneword 1 week agoYeah, I think of that question a lot too, Andrea. :(
I suppose that would be my answer lol.
I wouldn’t want to know stuff like what happens after we due or how/when the world will end because it would probably make me really scared and nervous all the time if I did not like the answer. -
Jessica Tower replied to the forum topic Is there such a thing as a stereotypical writer? in the group
Active Users Of oneword 1 week agoI think the general stereotype is that writers are reclusive, quiet, and shy people. I’ve found that this is often true; however, I do know others who enjoy writing and are also fairly social.
Something else I’ve noticed about writers is that they often have had something happen in their lives that was traumatic or really difficult (more so than the average person). Again, that’s not everyone though.
