  8. Answers are what we seek but only sometimes find. They can be answers to a test to questions about life, death, religion. Sometimes we think having the right answers will solve our problems, but maybe we have to redefine our problems and reanalyze our perceptions instead. Sometimes there are no answers. Just the process of thought and reflection.

  9. i don’t want answers
    that will give it away
    i don’t need your history
    it’s all past anyway
    please, tell me your feelings
    right now, if you please
and if you don’t have much to say
    that’s ok, i won’t leave.
    i’m keeping quiet
    not to say too much
    because life is exciting
even with your mouth tightly shut.

  19. Answers? Something that no one gives you. Not in life, not in school. Not for feelings or emotions. Answers are just placeholders until you come up with something you think is satisfactory. But if life were full of answers, where would we be? Human curiosity may as well be our death. But someday we’ll get answers. Someday.

  27. There are more answers these days than questions, at least that’s how it seems. And you know something, I’m not sure that’s a good thing. I mean, sure, there are benefits to being able to google it and come up with the answer in seconds flat. But when was the last time you actually had to sit down and thing about something? When was the last time you couldn’t just give up after five minutes… three minutes… a minute… and just go find the answer somewhere else?

  28. “Horatio the Scholar doesn’t have all the answers?” said Hamlet, plopping down on the bench. “Shocking.”

  31. He’s got them, in spades. I sit across from the table, the small table with the folding legs that we bought at a yard sale when we moved to New Orleans. I’m shouting, which is something I never do. It feels good to shout, to feel indelibly right about a thing, and to know that he’s wrong. And yet, he’s got all these answers.

  32. There are so many answers to so many questions, and that is why we ask all of these questions; to obtain these answers. Many people don’t know how to find answers to some things, and they rely on places such as the internet to give them the answer they are looking for.. Although, they don’t always like the answer they get.

  35. Answers, I have none. There are too many questions and not enough answers. I doubt we will ever find the answer to everything. Until we do, we’ll have to deal with more questions.

  36. If I look I’ll never find it.
I guess I’ll have to wait. How long will it be until we can be honest again?
How long until I get an answer?

And i just want you to be a part of my life.. as you used to be.
    I need the answer.

  37. You don’t not know when you’re doing something wrong. Two of them won’t make a right, like three lefts will, and it’s not like you need validation, but sometimes it would just be nice to get those kinds of things. For example: did I need to throw my roommate’s cat in my car and release it on the middle of the interstate just because it shit in my room? No. Probably not. But it certainly felt like I was doing the right thing. But it’s not just animals. It’s people, too. Should I have fucked my girlfriend’s twin sister at my own sister’s wedding just because my girlfriend said that I looked like an idiot in that tie? It’s unlikely. But I’m only human. I can’t always have all the answers.

  38. We are all searching. We want to know, we want to find. We look for answers in everything we do, to who we are, why we are here and what is the point of it all?

  39. Everybody wants answers, but the question is what is the Question? What do you want the answer to. That’s the question.

    by Karen F on 08.11.2011
  40. Answers.
I need a lot of those right now, but no one can give them to me.
They all need “just a little more time…..” “to figure things out……”
    The list goes on, really.
I can’t give myself answers, either, which I think is a little more upsetting than anything.
