i like listening to new bands. Hanson was a good band back in the 90’s. so were the back street boys and nsync. nowadays, zac brown, the civil wars, DMB, and all those are rocking it. It’d be nice to have more high quality bands like there were before rap/hiphop got so big.

(Or at least Yahoo tells us.) You can’t even compare her to Janis or Kurt though. So sad, that something so benign can take such talent from the world. Not that drugs are benign. They’re stupid. Beyond stupid.

I don’t have any experience in band in high school or middle school like others. mainly I found about this culture in america, my supervisor’s son is in marching band and my grad school friend was in marching band, also my old crash’s potential crash in engineering student council was in marching band. my overall impression on marching band is the nerdy types of students tends to join the marching band, not necessarily the most social or popular people in the school.

The band is made of sterling silver and fits nicely around my finger. He bought it for me so long ago that i can’t even remember him doing so. its shiny and metallic, cold. it used to symbolize our love for one another, now i’m not quite sure what it does.
Salmon street lights poke through post-apocalyptic smog. If you lived on Wilson and you were collecting your morning paper, you might have seen four disenchanted men, one of them me, traipsing down the hill. There was much to discuss on that eternal walk, none brave to utter the inexorable- Our teenage fanbase has grown up.
Would you like to be in a band? Hear the shrill singular voice of the crowd as you go on stage? Sweat under the hot lights? Play for hours, practice for many more, and be shut out from the real world? Or would you rather die an ordinary person, fade into history, then forgotten, forever?

To me a band is a musical ensemble wit artists tryin to blow your mind. Like you hear many kids say, “oy, I’m in a band.” and you get an image of some youngsters playin in their garage, jammin out in the mid day sun. But at least thats just me. When I think of the word band I think of my old friends from school. they had a pretty righteuos punk band and their performances were pretty awesome.
A band is a group of people who share their passion of music with others by writing and performing music for others. People who start their own bands are awesome by contributing to society to the archives of music of the world.

Band. I have participated in band since the 5th grade. I started out on Trumpet. That was my passion. I loved it and i wanted to one day actually persue a career with it, however getting braces in 6th grade made that impossible. My lips would bleed and it would hurt to play. So i took up the flute. I liked playing flute but it just wasn’t the same.
i never liked your band. i got dragged to every goddamn show. because of her. you didn’t even give a shit that we were there. she was there for you. you only. not the band. for you. and you didn’t even notice. she dragged me to every single one. i was there for her. watching her love you. she loved you. you didn’t care though. what a damn shame. what a goddamn shame. all of her love was such a waste on you. such a waste.
I was walking down the street, around Christmas time. I was looking slightly off to the left, at the flyers on the telephone poles. I saw some interesting ones, about jobs, and want ads. But there was one about the need for a drummer. I thought, “Well, I love to hit things with sticks,” and took down the number.
i was once in a rockband. I did it with my best friend greg and greg had a magical unicorn that was also in the band. this unicorn played the trombone and his name was hank. i love hank. hank is a robot that jumps over rain bows.
i like bands. i like a lot of bands. i think nofx is my favourite band. i saw them this month for the third time and i had a lot of fun. there are many other bands that i am not too fond of, such as hedley, and nickleback. i think nofx is the best band in the whole world. against me is also really good. they used to be my favourite but then they got sort of shitty. i still like them, though. no question. i even have a tattoo.
