  14. I personally prefer Seeley Booth from Bones. He’s the good old fashioned americain hero that we so idealize. He fights for what he believes in, and rarely gives in. His only known weaknesses are his son, Parker, and the woman he loves, Temperance Brennan.

  15. I was standing in the pouring rain, trying to make a call out to my beloved. My bare skin frozen from the rain falling heavily from the sky. It felt like someone was crying on me and all I could do was stand there and wait until I could find some refuge. This refuge was the phone booth in front of me.

  16. A kissing booth was featured in Glee. What I didn’t understand was how all the people Finn kissed didn’t get mono too. I wish Kurt had done a kissing booth, because then Blaine would have a very good reason to kiss him in public. I wonder if it is uncomfortable to do a kissing booth.

  17. in a phone booth you can accomplish much more than a simple conversation. You can kiss a stranger, or call a police officer. You can hide from an angry mob, or complete a random act of vandalism.

  21. She sat down in a booth, hoping that this conversation would go better then she planned. She’d spent most of the afternoon trying to word it properly. Everything she came up with sounded contrived and corny. She didn’t want to sound like a romance novel or a stupid romantic comedy. But she wanted him to know that he was the reason she woke up in the morning and that she couldn’t imagine her life without him. Is that too much to ask?

  23. I used to sit in a booth during lunch in elementary school. I remember: only certain classes could sit in the booths and there was some sort of rotating schedule. I believe the most well-behaved classes got to sit in the booths. How things have changed since then … now I’m a college graduate. My life is so much more complicated now than it was then.

  29. there I sat alone, a coffee on the table. the steam and cream had faded away, odd because it was freezing in the cafe. I put hands around the brim, but all that was there was a simple chill. Sighing, I looked around, my legs stuck to the ugly yellow plastic.

  30. Oh my god it’s hot in here! I try and smile genuinely at the crowds egging me on, although their exact words are muffled. This booth is confining my confidence and my body. I hear the siren and the compere continues chattering, but it’s now in a raised frenzy of words as one million dollars in notes comes flying into my booth. I grab at it all furiously like my life depends on it.

  31. I slid into the booth, both palms hitting the worn surface of the table. “I thought I told you that you were UNinvited,” I informed him unceremoniously.
James looked up from his plate and just stared, chewing a triangle of waffle thoughtfully as he considered my words. “I guess I mistook ‘You ugly, ungrateful brat, I never want to see you again. IF I do, I’ll give you the beating of a lifetime’ as an endearing, sisterly way of saying ‘Oh lovely! I can’t wait to see you there!'” He wiped his mouth after he set his fork down. “I’m sorry.”

  35. She stepped into the photo booth, alone this time. So many summer days on the island, so many boys whose love was laced with the smells of suntan lotion, documented in strips of pictures. Now she stood, one breast exposed to the camera’s eye; the breast that had been removed. That was how she winked at love these days.

  38. Agent Seeley Booth is a great FBI agent. He is very brave and loyal, and he loves his partner Bones. He eats in the Royal Diner and always sits in the same booth. He is very good looking, and he is a great father. His son’s name is Parker. He and Bones are going to have a baby, and they will probably get married, because they are in love. My minute has already ended, I’m just waiting to fill in the details needed at the bottom. Thank goodness that Angela and Hodgens’ baby wasn’t blind! They’re going to be such great parents. And RIP Vincent Nigel Murray. He was the best intern the Jeffersonian had ever seen, besides Zach. Unfortunately, Zach obeyed the cannibal, and now he’s in the mental ward. :(
