  27. The castle on the hill was expansive; a stone cold gray with leaning towers on one side and a mass of decay and greenery on the other. It was a spiritual build, highlighted against an ashen sky with little else surrounding its barren landscape and forgotten fields. To dream of coasts and rushing waters or grassy fields filled with the scent of air and blue sky and the soft cry of birds was her life then. A life she lived in secret in the castle on the hill.
