  3. I need to choose how to go about this. I don’t need to just choose to do better, but mean it too. It just sucks because, oftentimes, I choose to live better, to do something better. Yet, do I really mean it? I think that, meaning it, is the most important part. Because if you mean what you choose genuinely, through and through, then a difference is made in your life. Telling myself ‘I choose to trust people’ but not making the change means I’m not taking myself seriously enough. I don’t even trust myself. I must change this.

  9. Choose. Choice. These days my life is filled with little to choose from and less than good choices. I am in a bad cycle of life. Hard to believe when just a few months…or was it years ago i was on the top of the world. How quickly things change. I am not sure that I would choose this…that’s for sure.

  10. It’s hard to choose where you’ll go on the weekend. You spend five days a week sitting on your ass, collecting dust and wishing for the day to be over. And when the weekend finally comes you have so many choices you end up sitting on your ass collecting dust. Travesty? Sure. Irony? Definitely. Maybe not choosing is the answer after all… maybe it isn’t. Hard to choose which answer is right, right?

Ink stains held up by my psychiatrist,

My own hands that I use to brush my teeth
Have held the answer all along.

  14. Choose. Choice. That word has a lot of buzz these days. We think we have choice and freedom, but few of us actually use that liberty to find hapiness. Instead people wander around aimlessly and lost in self pity, wondering why things “happen” to them all the time. We have the choice to wallow or get out. We have the choice to be happy. Choose!
