It’s almost as if within the 5 seconds of meeting someone new, you’ll know whether or not they’re going to make an impact in your life. If the 5 seconds are magical, they remain with you for some time, if not, you move on like nothing ever happened. Connection is powerful, we should never take it foregranted.

  9. I feel connected to Dave in a strange way. It’s not the usual sort of infatuous connection that I’ve had with other men, it’s more like a carnal, warm-blooded, want to touch him connection. And it’s not that he’s the most sexy man I’ve ever seen. It’s like our brains are connected on a deeper wavelength that transcends getting to know each other. There is really no obvious reason I can think of for liking him so much. I don’t know why we’re so connected.

  21. Connected we all are, at our cores. The earth speaks and the most we can do is listen, in one last attempt to be something other then alone. We are all connected. Like power lines and tree tops. Connected. Like the clouds and a cause. We can’t stop to think about the ways we’re different, we can only concentrate on how we’re similar.

  26. Connected. Today, the presentation at school (over the span of two days, actually) was every 15 minutes. Every 15 minutes, someone is injured from a drunk driving accident. And seeing the simulation… everyone dying… although I was completely and totally against the program, it united the school. Everyone was connected. Through emotions and by comfort, we all became one, rallying against the idea.

An occasional poke lets people interact. connection is interaction, and in my opinion, the most important kind of connection happens in real life rather than over a computer screen. what has our world come to? online dating sites? what ever happened to real life, old fashioned love? is everything we know now destined to a future over technology?
