  7. She looked into his dying eyes as she stifled a little laugh. He could always bring her to laugh, even after all this pain. In her hands was a crinkled old piece of paper, a paper that would look of no importance to either of us, but that yellow stained paper was all she would soon have of him. The two held each other with an absolute love, but it was not permanent. She read out the letter for the two: “My deer,” she chuckled a little at his simple humor, “today is the day that our undying love finally reaches our mortal end. I could write a thousand of these to you just to say I love you, I love you, I love you. You were all I ever needed, you made me enough. And our love kept me going all these hard years, but now my body can’t keep us with childish spirits. I love you my deer, more than this paper could ever show.”
It was a ripped paper, with smudges and stains, tears and dirt. But as her man left, as she was alone for the first time in too short a time, that paper was everything he was.

  8. There once was a dear that lived in the forest. The deer was usually a very happy and content deer, but today the deer was sad. It didn’t really know why, because deers are not suppose to have such strong emotions, but he felt as though he were missing something.

  10. Deer. In the road. Lights behind the eyes almost as bright as the lights lighting them. In that split particulate of time. In that grasp of a moment. The decision to hit it was clear. Not an option.

  11. Deers remind me of a deer in the headlights. It’s a depressing phrase if you think about it, connecting deers with death and roadkill. I remember in Michigan there was a lot of roadkill. 76 to be exact. I counted on the trip from my hotel to the park where James and Kayla got married.

  14. Haha, deer. We all have had some run in with deer at one point or another, or we most likely will. Those cute little car accidents. I don’t know whether or not to ram them at full speed or accept a crushed face, either way the insurance is going to kill me so might as well have fun.

  16. I once saw three deer fucking each other. Upon closer investigation i discovered that one of the deer was bambie. The other two deer were called rudolph (srs) and trumpet. Trumpet was clearly the alpha male of the group, using his stiff meat shaft to pumble the other two deer into deep submission.

  17. The forest was quiet. The denizens had long since flown. The trees bowed in sadness for even the birds had flown. Yet one creature remained. He stood in defiance at the oncoming yellow beast. He would not give up his home to the trucks.

  18. It roams through the woods, gently as it searches for the cold water it so dearly desires. For years now she has wandered the woods, wandered the grass, wandered the sky. She does not understand, nor does she comprehend the matter, yet it gives her a sense of safety, thus leaving her with the feeling of comfort. And that is all she needs.

  19. deer are very beautiful and majestic animals. If they arent careful, they might get run over by a car, during their not so graceful moments of crossing the street before looking both ways! If you have a deer in the headlights look, it means you look clueless and silly. CHEERS!

    by TyTy on 08.19.2011
  20. When do deer turn into elk? When the cosmos unleashes untold riches that double as destruction and everything falls apart and comes together and falls apart again. Every piece of my soul will act as a catalyst.

  23. There once was a beautiful deer names Dolly. She loved to eat pumpkins and sing songs until the sun went down. One day she met a rabbit named Peter. He showed her a tree where fairies danced in the moonlight. He told her “If you catch one, it will grant you one wish.”

  24. One time I was driving with my family and we saw a bunch of deer on a lawn. We were all taken aback, seeing as deer are usually in the woods, at least where I come from. So we slow down and stare at them for a while, in awe at how still they were, and then we realized they were fake. So we drove. And laughed at our insanity. And then they moved.

  25. Deer. They frolic in the park and it seems, for a moment at any rate, that they belong there. But the truth is: they are an abomination. An antlered, hair covered counterpart to the devil himself, as far as I am concerned, devouring flowers & happiness alike.

  26. deer and their long horns basking there beauty in there abundant rainforest.
Santa leaves no space for it to love. But nature takes care.

  27. A deer looks cute in the woods.

I love seeing a deer running freely in the forest.

I wonder why hunters hunt them for decoration.

They`re lovely when they have life.

    They`re beautiful!

  28. The little fellow stopped in the field to admire the wonderful flowers surrounding him. He loved his home. And where he lived. His family was at home in the forest. He was free. And he loved that feeling!

  29. The deer.It rides around the world in one night with santa.Magically,Magically,Magically giving the little kiddies gifts.Putting smiles on their faces. The deer.It sits as dead as a log on the side of the road.A rotting, stinking, aging carcass.Nothing magical, nothing amazing.Oh how these two deers contrast.

  30. A deer is that animal you see with santa fly across the world in one night.that animal that magically flies and delivers presents. However, the deer can also be the carcass on the side of the road.Nothing magical, nothing amazing.Just a dead,non-living carcass.

  32. Hmm deer seem to get hit by cars quite often. I wonder how Bambi felt when his mother died. Confused? Sad? Angry? His dad was barely there his whole life and he’s expected to accept that?

    by Becca on 08.19.2011
  33. When I was young, we hardlymever saw a deer in the woods. Now they are everywhere. Where did they come from? What changed to bring them back from wherever they were?

  34. deer are cute animals. like bambi. but sometimes they die because of cars. i saw two dead deer the other day. i prayed for them. my version of praying at least, where i say “poor babies, rest in peace”. I honestly like deer. i think they are adorable, intelligent creatures. like the forest god from princess mononoke.

  35. Doe a deer, a female deer. Crap on that shit. What do we do when the sound of music stops? All we have is a weak ass animal.

    by Virginia Lebrun on 08.19.2011
  36. White spots are cute on the babies. Might be a childish thought, but its true.
    And does are beauitiful.
    And bucks are strong.
    Deer are taken for granted.
    Dont you think?
    And they are mammals.
    Just like us

  37. The deer childishly appeared in the distance and as the hunter raised his gun, the innocent creature stood its ground. The hunter paused for a moment, then set his gun on the ground and left the deer in peace.

    by Jessi on 08.18.2011
  38. The Animal of the Forrest. A spirit animal, the way they move is beautiful. That gentle gallop, the graceful leaps and careless banter, weaving through thickets of trees with grace and speed, escaping a possible threat or a gentle disturbance. To cautious to be approached, to beautiful to be left alone.

  39. I once saw a deer, or rather a family of deer, while driving in Colorado. I was reminded of Bambi, which seems silly. The only thing I can think of when I see a deer is a silly Disney movie I watched once.

    by Dan on 08.18.2011
  40. Well I’ve never seen a deer on the road that wasn’t dead. Quite frankly I’m scared of driving at night because I don’t want to hit one, especially between here and Bandon and even in the day. I love deer though, they’re quite cute. They often come up into my yard and you’ll see them walking down the street at night. I don’t know why anyone would want to hurt them. Stupid people I guess.
