  3. It reminds me of art galleries or college classrooms. Fluorescent lightbulbs strung crudely to lamp shades. Christmas bulbs. Things that aren’t really connected but that somehow come together to make light. It also reminds me of flowers.

  7. i have fluoresent bulbs that are twisty. fluoresent blubs are always twisty. They also have a dangerous gas inside of them.

  8. shiny stuff is fluorescent and we learned about it in science… it has something to do about rocks.. so yeah it really is just like flowers that are shiny and rainbowy it like reflects light or something i think omg the freaking substitute for language arts is annoying and im not doing my work right now :) booyah .. defeating the system

  10. Walk down these halls and walk down your body, forgetting that it is your own. Travel down and down and to the floor, collapsing in upon yourself and your emotions. This sinking feeling this inward spiral finds salvation only in the outside light; sunshine.

  11. right exciting things are floursecent. liek glow paint and raves. i have fluorescent pens that come in yellow, red, green and yellow. I wish they glowedin the dakr but they don’t. Flourecent face paints are where it’s at. I had lots at leeds fest. I miss leeds fest.

  12. really really bright lights that usually light up classrooms. Yellowy. Bright colors. Shining. Buzzing, and energy saving. I don’t prefer this type of lighting, but it’s practical.

  13. Light bulbs that burn my eyes. Flashing neon colors. Sitting in hospitals, dentist offices, lobbies. My dorm room, for crying out loud. When the light goes off, the glow of the light lingers in the darkness. Sitting there, fading away.

  17. Fluorescent is yesterday’s word. I believe I’ve already seen it. At any rate, I’ve replaced all the fluorescent bulbs with incandescent ones, so now my head doesn’t hurt with the lights on. I can focus better. Also, the weather is cloudy, which is better lighting for working. It’s less distracting.

  21. My eyes can’t adjust to lights, let alone the ones in my dads office. They are so bright and remind me of the future. The future with her. With the helpless of my now present life. The heart break and how badly I wanted a mom. To be a mom. But not like her.

  23. “Lights” is playing as we walk through the door. The fluorescent nature boggles my mind. I am going to stand out today. But think twice for if I know better I will see beyond this nature.

  29. I just watched Tron. I want one of those outfits. They’re walking around with fluorescent lights in their clothes. Too cool.

    As for being creative with this word…I’ll just say this: Every woman I’ve ever been in love with or sought with my heart… has looked JUST FINE under fluorescent lighting.

  37. Bight colored paper is fluorescent
    But most notably are the lights over head that kind of flicker a bit. I hate it when they buzz or go on and off on their own. I’m trying to work and it’s do distracting

  40. fluorescent. lights. the long cylindrical light thingie.. i don’t like fluorescent lights, they hurt my eyes. but fluorescent lights also remind me of my early childhood. good memories. :)
