  4. the universe came to a close when the galaxy had a collision with another. there was not time for the screams or the laughter. it was silence from there on. what could we do? the galaxy had ended it for us all and it was the last thing anyone would remember. there was no god. there was no heaven, just a hell brought on by the fire and brimstone.

    by MoeYeasayer on 04.02.2011

  16. There was a galaxy that had alot of little martians in diapers. They wanted to find a way to not pee all over themselves so they decided to go out looking for something different and new. They traveled from planet to planet for a way to control their over active bladder but nothing seemed to work. Soon

  17. I started imagining what I would write about before a subject was given to me. The galaxy… it is large and like most large things, consisting of many parts. But in all its massive size, it is only a piece of sand in the hourglass of time slowly dying. There is more time to write, but I choose not to use it. Then time is up and I go back to edit the parts I don’t like in a fruitless effort for temporary perfection. I’d like to have a spaceship to explore this dark galaxy but I am stuck here, finishing things I never wanted to do.

  21. the dark endless stars lacking sound spock is somewhere out there and so is space junk but its still beautiful. moon and planets and heavens and aliens and god i suppose. saturn always liked saturn must be the rings. such a shame they did away with pluto being a planet doesn’t really seem fair. sort of like the catholics getting rid of that car guy… you know..st something or other that .. at one moment was a st and the next he was ousted for no good reason. galaxy… wasn’t there a candybar.. or am I thinking of a milkway… oh and then there are those black holes which sound like a problem to me. unless we are somehow able to send all our weapons deep into a blackhole.. then again, not sure what the folks on the other side would think of that.. probably wouldn’t appreciate weapon trash been hurled into their world.. … ok.. thats all i have to say on galaxy.. and i thought this would stop me at some point but it hasn’t and i’m just rambling on.. about nothing .. the dark galaxy of nothing in my head…

  24. Meditation upon the sheer size of the galaxy is a great way to realize how utterly insignificant we all are. Vast depths of blackness, unimaginably ancient, filled with horrors we can’t imagine, vistas that we can barely hope to comprehend, and completely ignorant of our very existence. Kinda makes your bad day seem insignificant, huh?

  40. It’s so strange to think that everyone, everything, every thought, every action, every breath, every blink, and every life or death, is all just part of one big galaxy. Why do we care about things that cause harm when our impact on the universe is just a blink?
