I’ve been given so many blessings in a turmoil filled life. I’ve been given the opportunity to love another in more ways than one. I’ve been given an earthly shell that’s not bad on the eyes,
something that is expected of a situation – a given. When somebody gives someone something, it is said to be given to that person, this could be a kiss, a gift, a punch! Anything!!
Everything I have been given makes me worry about keeping it. I need to learn, we all need to learn to be happy with what he have. Everything is a gift. Not just the things with bows. Everything we’re given.
given is a word that has given me a lot. i have given things to people, people have given things to me. i have forgiven. people have forgiven me. i give and i get and i give thanks for that.

People sometimes take what is given to them for granted. They take no notice of the people who would die to have the lives they live and they continually ask for more than what they actually need. I’m sure they love what they are given, they just forget to appreciate it.
I was given a chance. A chance at happiness and I lost it. I can’t believe I lost it. I was given all these things at the palm of my hands, and I can’t hold onto it. If only I knew what I held in the palm of my hands, I would have known. Known that chances aren’t just handed, but given to you from what you prove yourself of.
What does the word “given” really mean? To me, it implies selflessness. It reminds me of what’s been given for me, and how little I have given to everyone else. Given. It’s a word that brings redemption, grace, and forgiveness to my mind. Hope is given. Love is given. Yet all I do is take. I wonder when I’ll figure it out?
I am given this gift, not of immortality,

more precious than that of all the lives given
to hold the youth of life,

who I want to be,

Given the chance to redo things, I wouldn’t ask you what I’ve already asked you. Because most of the time, your answers turn to be the craziest, unexpected replies. If I were to take a few steps back to 1:30PM today, I’d just do what I feel because at least, it feels right.
Of all the things you’ve given me, your name is my favorite. You don’t give that to just anyone; I realized that right away. Just like I don’t give mine to just anyone. So thanks for that.
i was given a large envelope at the end of the night containing a sum of money and a note, saying how glad someone was to know me. The note was not addressed to me, and i doubt it was intended for me either. Which made me wonder about the money- I was supposed to be paid for the exhibit, but the whole thing was just very confusing.
What I have given you is a precious gift. Don’t take it for granted, don’t squander it away in your mind. Take it for what it is and cherish it deep within. I have given you my heart. Thank you for what you have given me.
Where did the word given originate? Why didn’t it evolve into engived or engave, or engove? English is such an odd language given (heh) the many variations to each supposed rule.
The Christmas lights on the fir tree were blinking dimly in the dark room, casting off a dull glow on the carpet. A little boy dressed in his blue pajamas ran towards the tree, giggling as he did so. His parents came after him, smiling and looking down at him as he started rifling through the stacks of gifts.
Soon, the little boy had opened all of his presents, all given to him by this so-called “Santa Claus.”
I knew exactly what had happened and why it had happened, only it took this long for me to understand it. I had been given all of the puzzle pieces, but had yet to piece them together. Now I seemed to be working my way from the outside in. First, I had to get a good border on there, and now I was beginning to piece together the harder sections. I’m putting together a puzzle without a clue as to what it’s going to create.
Given the amount of time I have to write a story, at the moment the only thing I am able to come up with the the fact that I’m complaining about the amount of time given. When I could be brewing up new, fresh ideas. I’m always out of time.. I always feel I need more of it. I don’t know what I need or what I want.

I have never given mind to the pain of my fellow man, until a diahrea attack in San Jose. No one ever warns you against the three bean burrito when you buy it, but no one has ever had to clean my crimes. God bless that janitor in that particular Taco Bell, your actions were not in vain.

I have given my heart to Jesus, My Lord and Savior just last Tuesday and I’m so glad I did because, I wanted to give my heart to Jesus right, so I asked my pastor to help me and he did. :)
