  2. I watch people these days, those that have become successful. They’ve all been aware of the environment that they’re in and in order to adapt and become marketable/noticeable, they’ve had to invent something. Maybe not something 100% unique, because today, our climate has become so vast that there isn’t much that hasn’t been thought of. But something…tweaked. Just a tilt maybe. Or even it’s mirror opposite. They didn’t invent it, but they definitely invented thinking about it that way. Pharrell said “I ‘Warhol’ the world.” That’s today’s way to invent: A series of images that change as they repeat themselves…that’s life…to Warhol, anyway.

  10. I want to re invent myself. I want to be famous. I want people to know who I am and I want people to like me. The thing is, I already like myself, so why don’t they like me how I am? I’m confused by that. Or maybe I should invent a product and get rich. Then they’ll like me and I’ll get famous too…

  12. In modern society, you cannot be fulfilled unless you create something. Invent something. Anything really, but creation is the only act that produces true satisfaction. I’mma go buy wrist-guards now

  13. What genius decided to invent silent letters? I mean seriously, what’s the point of having them? Why can’t we just take the off or just pronounce the letters instead them just being there and getting no credit at all. I mean they just sit there and keep their mouths shut when they really want to be heard.

  14. I think if invent in many different ways. One, when people invent new technology. Two, when people re-invent themselves into something better. Changing their ways and their actions into something they are proud of. Inventing technology happens practically everyday. But it takes real courage to re-invent yourself.

  15. Astounding! You couldn’t think of a word more fitting to describe this man’s inventions. What was going through his mind the moment he realised he could really, really change things? Who knows. All we knew, was that we were there, gawping in wonderment as he spoke and explained what ultimately was his lifes work.

  21. The best way I can leave a mark on this world is to just finish this project. it’s not about money or the fame it’s about leaving the world a better place than I found it, and the Ice cream gun is the next sliced bread.

  27. Invent. Invention? It’s a hard thing to think about, because first you need to know what to invent. You can’t just set off and invent something, you have to have a relatively clear-cut idea of what to invent and how to invent it. Have fun thinking about that. I confused myself just writing it.

  28. Invent is such a strong word, as it implies so much. I am blessed to have so many innovative and creative people around me, always inventing and discovering new ideas and projects. It’s incredibly inspiring and motivates me to work harder each day. One individual, in particular, whom I refer to as modern day Thomas Edison, inspires more inventive creativity and perseverance than anyone I know.
