Jellyfish on the beach you don’t see them at first but then a squidgy circle becomes faintly visible, if you haven’t already stepped on it and felt it’s indignation
Jelly belly, that’s what they called her. Because when she danced it shook and wiggled and had a mind of its own. But she never really cared, because her eyes were always closed and she always laughed louder than their jeers.
Her hands were covered. Red dripping down her forearms. Everywhere. Traces of hunger. Lust. Untamed urges. A massacre. Wrapped up in one delicious sandwich.
jelly because jam don’t shake like that was what my mom always said when i was four and thought my legs were fat. but they weren’t i only just thought so. i guess now that’s the truth about the rest of my body, right? i’m not fat, i just think so. but that doesn’t change the fact that i hate what i see when i look round my middle and there’s no curve, just blurb blur blurb and i feel like nothing is perfect, i’m not perfect will never be perfect. what can i do? just sit. that’ s all.

And I’m quite certain I’d drive through two blizzards with the windows down and sit through an entire Jersey Shore marathon just to get a shot at her. Just, wow.

Oh! this reminds me of the Jell-O in my refrigerator bought quite a few months back…I am so stupid..I keep forgetting things…I was so excited to bake this…but actually it has faded now…bcos I don’t find a point in baking this for myself…life has taken a different turn now…

When I first met him we had decided to go to the supermarket to purchase groceries for our first year of doming at college. He had wanted to get peanut butter and jelly to make sandwiches. I told him I preferred jam over jelly. He agreed.
