The child had never seen it coming. One moment, there his mother was, happily buying his father a present. The next moment, he was swept away into the cop’s patrol car. What had he done wrong? Was his mother to get him? Or was he destined to be all alone.

Every dday I have to patrol the class to make sure that Lily is wearing her correct uni9form and smiling because she needs to enjoy English becuase it’s quite fun really. Lily is happiest when she is able to work on a computer. She is a talented student who should be on the stage.

As I walked around the perimiter of the high security bulding, I watched as the guards patroled the area, there was no way I was going to get in there withpout help.

At tea time Andrea sat at the kitchen table in the quiet and remembered her mother. She would patrol the refrigerator for signs of invasion, making mental inventories of its contents.

The partol marched past. It was the last one for the next four hours. That have Steven and his other two partners just enough time to pick the lock on the back door, get through the back of the store and to the display case that held his future. Two weeks ago they cased the joint in the usual fashion. Getting a good view of the front hadn’t been difficult and getting the plans to the building was much easier since he had paid off the city employee months ago. Now all he had to do was get the jewelry out of the city before day break and he was golden.

Eion tossed his head back for a second to look at the stars. He sighed, his eyes bright with the glimmer of the millions of heavenly bodies shining in the clear black sky above him, when he heard a rustle. In a flash his AK was steady in his arms, pointing in every direction. He listened, waiting for a cue.

I like snow patrol. It is a nice band. They have great sounds. I especially like the sound of the lead singer. He must be handsome becuase his voice is magic! I liked it when they sang Set fire to the third bar. I have just looked at the video and he’s alright but not as cute as I thought he’d be
The Dawn Patrol left as dawn wondering why they were called the Dawn Patrol. Then it dawned on them….
“Hey maybe we are called the Dawn Patrol because it is dawn and we are on patrol” said Dawn the Patrol Leader

The dog was patrolling the yard, pacing in slow careful steps around the perimeter. He walked through the low brush, nose to the ground, ears up and alert for any indication of change in this place that belonged to him.

When the policeman on patrol shot me, I felt as if I was falling. I was dimly waware of a tingling in my leg as I collapsed. My vision went blurry, and my last though was that the policeman looked remarkably like pedo-bear…
The policeman walked around the neighborhood. Monterey Drive, it was called. A shallow, shabby place, full of bums and hobos. There had been a murder at 2567 Nw Monterey last night. He was checking for the killer. Suddenly, he heard a noise from behind him. The killer was on him in an instant, tackling him to the ground and holding a knife to his neck. He kissed the killer on the lips, and the killer woozily walked away.

the patrol crept stealthily along the clifftop and shrank away from the edge as a large black bird flew past, a small bolt of lightning sparked towards the bird and it wheeled round. The patrol scattered into the brush and hid amongst the various rocks and dirt, the smallest member of the group trembled as the gigantic bird dove towards her hiding spot. Suddenly a bolt of lightning struck the bird in the chest and the unconscious ball of feather crumpled to the floor unceremoniously.

the squad car moves slowly down the alley. Its my first time on the route. Its so quiet I can hear every breath I take. My heart slowly thumps in my chest. What was that? That flash, was it a person or my imagination? Can I handle this job? Am I enough? this is the test of the patrol

the police were on patrol when a mysterious car appeared with three men dressed in black. Percieved to be robbers turned out to be much more than that. A secret society kept from the world

Car, dog and crime and then there’s beach and what you do in the hall way when you live in a dorm especially if you are the house parents. I wonder if patrol counts when you think of the way in which you view the lack of freedom and someone always watching you – the big brother is always watching you syndrome!

The police patroled the end of the street making sure none of the llamas escaped. They were out of control, biting left and right making certain people very uncomfortable. Obviously no one wants to be bitten by a llama.

I am the cat. I am on patrol, keeping the yard safe from chipmunks. I chase moths and watch ants. The squirrels are a bit big, so I just keep an eye on them, but it’s my job to keep those little buggers out of the house. There are shrubs to prowl and chives to nibble. Or perhaps I will just lounge here on the step.

The scout patrol planned their weekend camp and menu…… beans for breakfast, lunch and dinner seemed to be the staple diet. Full of excitement with little understanding of practical realities of what’s involved, they were all action, Fire….Ready…. Aim!!

Being on patrol can be an intense job for even the well rested. The things you see strolling down the street become embedded in your mind. Be careful.

The patrol are the people that watch and protect. This reminds me of how we have a patrol at the fence between the U.S. and Mexico. I think this word is not that interesting.

Officer Blackthorn scowled, dipping his hat a little bit lower as the gusts of wind spattered more rain across his already soaked face. He was on patrol, for the sixth time this week–and he hadn’t a single thing to show for his efforts.
His wife was rather irritated with him; every night he’d been getting home around three or four, trying to slip into bed unnoticed. But his late-night returns were more than noticed. They were being brought up for discussion at the breakfast table in the morning.

There’s a cop car who’s making me pull over, and my girfriend (at the time) panics a bit, wondering what could possibly be going wrong, not that we were drinking and driving just summer cruising at a very young age… Turns out my taillight was busted, but now I wonder if she remembers that night I still have the ticket.

Zaine was on patrol. He had not expected Lavonne to be with him, but she was, hovering around the curb that joined the main street with the residential. The turrets of each home and shelter caught the line of the artificial moon so perfectly. Steely silver against brick. So faux.
Lavonne lit a cigarette and Zaine could see the orange light from far away. He cocked his gun and waited.

Some days he found it hard to care about the lives of others. He risked his life every damn day on the force.
He hated patrol. It was the worst part of the job. He was the bookish type of guy who preferred paperwork rather than the frightening street prowl. He didn’t like the idea of risking his neck for some conspiracy-theorist who would later bitch about him.

Wandering isn’t enough, nor wading the taut drum surface of your mind’s lake. (Hiding the darkness of your depths, the depths of your darkness). No. You must patrol your shadowed corriders, your map-less maze that leads to all your different selves. Patrol. Stay alert. Take note. That way, and only that way, will you be able to find your way back out again with something of value. Tip-toe too close to the edge, and you’ll be left mezmorized and nothing more. But patrol your way around your mind, and anything is yours.

Officer on patrol. I am an officer on patrol. I go around town and knock on people’s doors and tell them “hey I’m on patrol to keep you safe” and they nod. Or sometimes they get angry. I’m just trying to help. I’m not a senior officer but I do things.

nerd patrol is the first thing i think of? how odd. i was just thinking about being horny and how whatever i write will probably have to do with that but the idea of a nerd patrol, some group of jockish jokes finding nerds and presumably humiliating them for being smarter and more interesting than they are, well that is not sexy at all.

I left the city that day to patrol the area. My job was so draining that I expected to go home that evening to simply sleep. Ever since she left me my days feel like they go on forever and my nights are filled with alcohol and blurred memories. I thought about talking to her but when ever I held my phone in my hand my heart would beat faster with the anxiety of rejection, and I would cowardly shove it back into my pocket.

I just wanted to live the American dream.
