The old man closed the journal he was reading and sighed. So much he had planned to do…and none of it had happened. He looked back at the words of his ten-year-old self as his breath left him, so much of his life planned but wasted.
I never make too many plans. I make just enough. Too many plans will take the adventure out of your life. Too little will make an unscheduled person out of you, in a heavily scheduled world.
I have these plans, you see. Plans to take on the world… not take over, but to take it on. There is a plan for myself out there that is greater than I can even conceive at this moment. My God has structured this plan perfectly for me; I have my own free will, but I was blessed with certain gifts and with that, my plan is created. I have these plans to take on the world; it’d be great if along the way I saved the world, but more importantly, I hope I save a few lives – emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Although, I’m certain to have my plans in action today, because tomorrow’s not guaranteed. (:

I have big plans for the next few weeks, as of right now they look pretty good. Except for one, one important one has a cloud to the left of it, the cloud is grey and its not yet large. Its creeping towards my plans. I swear if that cloud ruins this.
After I set out to go I immediately reversed and turned back. I always seem to be forgetting one thing or another and this time was no different. I walked into my house trying to remember what it was that I had left but as is the case most of the time I would just have to go sleuthing around to find it. Sometimes the best laid plans begin to have small weeds and and other flora poking out of their cracks almost as soon as they’re set down and let me tell you friends, its maddening.

Funny thing about plans is, they never seem to go according to, well, themselves. Ironic, isn’t it? Because of this, I think that if plans were people they would be intensely self-loathing and nobody wants that. Screw plans.

Our plans had fallen through. We had planned to go on a road trip, with only each other for company, but her parents had caught us. So here we were, crying, holding onto each other for dear life, hoping that her parents wouldn’t be as harsh as she had thought. Why are people mean to gays?
I made plans for today, nothing interesting. Just a normal day, in the normal life, of a normal teenager. That’s all there is to it. Get up, shower, get make-up, put it on, go to school, class, eat lunch, go home, do homework, eat supper, go to bed. My plans for next weekend is to go out and party till I can’t party anymore. Sounds great, doesn’t it? I love doing absolutely nothing all week only to go for the weekend and party. I’m sure to have as much possible fun as I can, I mean, it is my time and my time only.
i have been making plans since i was younger. or rather, plans have been made for me. usually in the structure of school, i know nothing else. so ahead of me, i have a plan. it has two-years on it. and after that, i do not. structure is what comes of my plans. planning for big things. but not sure what. i plan processes, but not product. i don’t know what the product is.
I try to make plans, but no one else does. They live life like bugs on the wing, waiting for tomorrow to bring them a sense of what will be. I can’t live life like that. I am a different kind of animal, one that works to make tomorrow better. But I can’t make tomorrow better if the rest of them won’t allow it. I can’t make tomorrow better if I have been left to build tomorrow alone.
I had plans today but they were interrupted when a giant car stopped in front of me. My heart raced and I thought I saw my life before my eyes. I decided that it was time for me to go with the flow from now on. Even be spontaneous every now and then. Do something random everyday.
Plans for now. Plans for the future. Plans define who we are as individuals in an individualistic society. No matter if we follow through with plans or not, it is plans that keep us motivated to strive for something, anything.

Plans for the future scare me. I don’t know what I am going to do with my life, or if i am going to succeed at it. I am so scared of failure. I want to succeed and make everyone I can happy. I want to make the most of my future. My plans could lead me anywhere. I hope its a good place.
plans are always changing, nothing can ever be concrete. life is throwing so many tricks and turns your way. the only thing you can really do is go with the flow and let life work out the plans in has in store for you.

When you put the whole world on a map, everything seems so close together, like nothing could ever be too far to travel. Plans are easily the same, when placed on paper, it seems like you are undefeatable, as though there would be nothing that you couldn’t conquer. In real life, things are a little bit trickier. Everything is easier on paper.
I have plans to do many great things with my life. I have stupendous plans. Plans of success, and fame, fortune, but I almost never throw family into the mix. Do I want children? I know I want love. I want love more than I want to deal with another person in my life. I’m too selfish to have plans. I’m lazy and absorbed. But who isn’t? I’m a selfish person, but so is the rest of the human race. I’m okay with that.
Jeffrey had had other plans. Art classes and schools, colleges and small jobs. He knew what he wanted his future to be like when he was nine years old. Then the new program came into existence, and his future slipped through his fingers and floated out into space.
