  2. I think lime green pouches would be cool. I really don’t know what to write, so I will write what I think is best. I love lime green and hot pink, so maybe those two on one sparkly pouch would be awesome. Time is up, gotta go.

  6. Sometimes you don’t know where to keep everything,
That why I have always been envious of the Kangaroo,
but even somethings can fall out of a Kangaroo pouch
they are gone before you can even realize they were lost,
So If you don’t mind, I’ll just hold on a little tighter…

  7. She was stuck in a pouch. It was a very large pouch to fit a human her size. How odd it must behold a young girl in a pouch. The pouch sprouted legs and arms before going for a walk, picking flowers to give to the girl inside of it. He sprouted a face with a mouth soon enough and they talked for days straight until she went home.

  8. Words, words, words!
My hands shake throughout the day. And I feel the weight of the many mixed emotions in my body asking to come out. And I don’t let them just yet.
So my hands shake at times and I notice that my body wants to do the same; as if to say ‘hey! Let it out and let it be’.

So I sit down and write and do just that.

This story must be told. Forgive me friend. For not asking if I may tell it first. For I need to so much more than I may say to you right now.

  9. Pouch. Kangaroo’s grow up in them, they live in them for their childhood. Protected by their mothers, then what? Abandonment? You feel so close to someone, knowing them like a home and the next thing you know, they’re gone. Leaving you to do something on your own.

  10. It fit into my pocket,
    a small pouch
    with valuable things inside
that no one will ever understand.
I fit it into the smallest
    nostril of my nose,
    inhale it through the
    esophagus of my soul,
    sink my heart
    in this meaning
    of heavy air.
    It weighs me down
    and I see him
    weighing down
    and I stand up
    and ask him to dance
    to the music
    knowing the heavy air
    is weighing him down
but I will not take a negative response,
I will make him dance to the rhythms
    of the heavy bass strings
and the heavy air around it
    and he will be lifted,
    easier to breathe.

  12. a pouch is a thing that you carry something in, like a small bag that you would keep small items in. it also makes me think of a kangaroo because the mothers have little pouches to carry their babies in. is it the pouch or the baby that’s called a joey? I think it’s the baby. Anyways, when I was little, I had a little pouch with a pineapple on it that I wanted to take with me to Florida because I wanted to see the beach there. That was all I could think about! The pouch came from my Aunt Mary Lou, she’s a bitch.

  15. A pouch is a small bag or compartment for holding things in. It usually has a drawstring to pull the opening closed to secure the contents of the pouch. They could be used to hold money, counters, stones or any other small bits.

  16. is the place I’ll hide my things
    where no one can see
    but know they are there
    and want to hold them
as close as I hold them to me
    the things I hide
    inside my pouch
    and closer still

    is the place
    I can not see
but want to hide them there

  17. something you hold things in, and kangaroos have pouches. it’s weird when people have pouches for tobacco, because tobacco is really gross. why don’t we call purses pouches. I would like a pouch. it seems so comfortable. so warma nd safe. unlik anythingelse. I would like to be wrapped in one, like cuddling. I could keep tping about this, but I don’t want to, because that would just be lame.

  18. They said that the stomach would be reduced to a small pouch. The problem for Anna was that she had no idea how large the stomach was in the first place, so to call it a small pouch meant very little. Small? Smaller than what? And how accomodating was this pouch going to be? She would have to do a little research.

  19. Pouches are safe and comfortable.
Like a kangaroo pouch. It’s more warm than a bag.
It encases me, wraps around and holds me in.
It feels better in here than it does outside.
It reminds me of a purse, or a satchel, but more familiar.
A strange word, but it’s phoenetically pleasing.
It is a good word, a good thing. It’s just better. More pleasant.

  20. The kangaroos pouch had a joey in it. My stomach kicked in response, like that kangaroo i would soon be a mother. i would soon have a life that relies on me to keep it alive i didn’t think i could do it. But i knew i had to. It was the only way his legacy would continue the only way his greatness could be passed on. I loved him and I’m going to love what we made together just as much

  21. There in his pouch was what he had been looking for the whole time. Now he knew he was in trouble. Now he knew he would have to appologise. He had to swallow his pride and make the slow walk back down the corridor to where his mother was waiting. “Sorry” he said, almost too quietly for her to hear.

  22. In the pouch was an old diary. He had not seen it before. He hesitated, before reaching into the pocket and carefully pulling it out. He turned the cover and there on the first page was his name, not the name his friends call him, but his full name, the one his mother had given him.

  28. That little joey inside its mother’s pouch is struggling to get nutrients from the mother. The main problem is the mother kangaroo is dead. How can there be anymore nutrients inside a dead body? Soon the joey will die just like its mother.

  29. “I have so many thought inside of me that yearn to be told. But they never are. I keep them held inside, though they brake me and weaken me as I grow, I can’t let them out. I have so many things to say but I just can’t. Home is behind me already and there are many paths to tread, through shadows I have gone and too the edge of time until the stars have all but failed to light. These thoughts are my demons, but my body that can’t choke the words is my captor. Distant shadows cloud in shame, as my nerves quiver.”
She looked up from the ledge on which she stood
“I’ve always said the silent are the most interesting, but they’re also the most messed up. I can’t break it, I’ve kept it all inside the pouch I tore into my heart.”
She looked into the eyes of the heaven, past the empty of the people who weren’t there. “As a kid I always though I could fly, and maybe I can, maybe I can. These words will clog me up eventually.”
And in a prayer sense she said her last will: “Dear God, make me a bird, so I can fly far far away from here.”
And she took a step of the ledge, falling, flying.

  39. Kangaroos. They’re kind of great and have pouches – Joeys sit in them. I don’t know if that’s how to phrase it or whatever, but you know, a little kangaroo = a joey. Or a pouch like a fanny pack. Hell, I don’t know. There’s some German word that sounds like pouch that my teacher likes too, but I can’t remember what exactly it is. Okay this was great but I have absolutely nothing else to say. :–)
