  1. stopping, time is stopping because I have so much to do today. oh man if only i had time to go on websites like this when really i have a list. i have a list of my life. my life is lists , i’m so consumed by and concerned with lists. why. why do they why!

  2. Nothing needs to be in a schedule. I hate schedules so much that I can’t even be poetic about it. I don’t like this word.

  8. My schedule is always busy. I feel like I can’t catch a break, you know, to just stop and enjoy the day. It’s like I can’t get away for even one minute because I have so much to do and so little time. How on earth am I supposed to just let go of everything and stop to enjoy things?

  10. “What a funny prompt!” she thought when the word appeared on her monitor. Her schedule this week would be crazy, hectic really. In addition to all of the regular running around, she had a hair appointment, tutoring session, school meeting, birthday party, and of course, she couldn’t forget the traffic slow down caused by the presidential motorcade.

  11. my schedule over loads my brain. consumes my day. the planner is my new best friend. calendars are my life line. schedule schedule schedule, no word could better explain my pain. its all from that need to schedule. an impulse i can never control.

  23. I have a schedule, but do I ever follow it? Rarely. My problem is not in scheduling (I schedule all the damn time!) but in keeping that schedule. I’ve been putting in on my schedule for years to work on this problem.

  28. Having one of these can be helpful. It can also be the fastest way to make friends with the almighty migraine fairy, I for one prefer not to have them, because then you aren’t as pressed for time as you would otherwise be. Besides, schedules are similar to uncomfortable clothing, rigid, itchy and frustrating.

  33. The schedule never really helps. You try to follow it, but it just makes it seem like there are more and more things to do. Here’s an idea: scrap the schedule! Do things spontaneously. Your life will be the more adventurous for it. Things will still get done, you just have to remember more.

  36. Life’s not something you can just schedule. That would be like taking an hour out of your day and saying, “I’m going to be impulsive.” It doesn’t COUNT if you have to plan it. Things like laughter, jokes, fun – you can’t schedule them, you just have to let them happen. Step back and let the reins go, for once.

    i always make schedules though lately. helps me organize. i used to like being all spontaneous and doing things on a whim, but it seems like i’m being more structured and organized. i dunno if that’s a good thing at all.
