    by kayla on 07.05.2012
  5. science no one ever comprehends it completely the first time around unless you are a genius. science has brought great things to man, without it we would probably still be in the dark ages.

    by itzel estrada on 07.05.2012
  6. i hate science. i feel likt it takes the mystery and excitement out of everything…i mean the classes do. not science as a discipline. i like astronomy, it seems cool. stars and planets and stuff…yeah i’d like to study that. science frustrates me but i like it i ugess.

    by Julia on 07.05.2012
  7. Science is the solution to life’s mysteries. At least that is what we are told. But in reality, it is just something to provide a tiny bit of comfort in this crazy, entropic world.

    by Johnny Rodriguez on 07.05.2012
  8. Science. Everything in the world is based upon science. Science disproves religion. Science is the basis of medical knowledge–science saves lives. If it weren’t for science, what would we know of this world?

    by Chelsey on 07.05.2012
  9. I’ve always hated science. I realize that it’s a necessary topic of study for all students from an early age, because it helps you learn how the world works. But I hate it. I’m too much of a romantic to understand or enjoy science.

  10. She stood in the stained lab coat, waiting, waiting for something. She wasn’t sure what, only that the funny little bloches on her coat were starting to irk her, and that her OCD was kicking in. The stains were deep red and her face lacked any human emotion.

    by Emma on 07.05.2012
  11. Science is the backbone upon which the world we know it is built and destroyed. One day we will find that science has ruined and begat the very things we love the most. Science is the love we know and the death we crave. Science is born and it is taken away in a fiery hell known as life.

    by J. Jones on 07.05.2012
  12. this is something people do to discover. it is all about the unknown and finding its source, it is the link of our world in how it is today.

    by Jenna on 07.05.2012
  13. i really hate science. Only because I was bad at it in high school. The concepts and results really interest me. I just read about how to cut glass using nail polish remover, ice water and matches… science!

  14. I am passionate about science ? it makes me feel good and fascinates me a lot. The science of discovering things you like is an art by itself. The science of life is something that has never been mastered. Science in itself is a broad subject that makes you feel you dont know enough and motivates you to quench your thirst.
The science of emotions is a complicated issue and needs careful analysis.

  15. I hate science but I love the fact that it can explain things about our world. You can have science and God too. Science allows for biology and the things in our rain forests. It explains the beautiful things in life.

  16. I ran into the science wing, out of breath. My mom told me I had to get my grades up. Strangely, I’m great at the subject, I’m just lazy. Science is all. I ran into my teacher. I fucked him last week, so I avoided him a lot. The sex was crazy-good, but it was just weird because I had never fucked an older guy before. His dick was huge and I cried when he put it in.

  17. Whenever I think of science, I think of my Papa, who was a scientist, as well as an amazing man. I’m terrible at science. There are so many different branches of science and I happen to be bad at all of them. Chemitry—horrid, although I managed to pass it with an “A” and a “B” sophomore year. Biology—meh… although it is kind of interesting, despite me falling asleep in class every day in 9th grade. What else is there, physics? I have no idea how I am at physics, I have that class this coming fall. I hope I am good at it, my future depends on me getting good grades. But science is so much more than high school classes. It’s like studying things in the least opinionated way. It can make or break the future. Science and scientists help us learn and discover new things. Whether that’s good or not depends on whether or not you believe ignorance is bliss. I for one, believe the later, but I also feel the need to fill myself with knowledge that is useless and useful. I guess science, like life is what you make it. I just hope I can make my life as fulfilling as my favorite scientist, my Papa.

  18. Almost all of life can be expressed through scientific terms. For most this might take away from the feelings of romance. For me it makes life all the more romantic.

  20. Science is simply magic that has been explained. Or so they say. In my opinion, science is the way two hands fold perfectly into each other, each finger interlocking. Science is the way your stomach burns when you kiss someone. Science is the sensation of a million butterflies in the pit of your stomach as they unbutton your shirt. Science is made up of chemical reactions. Love is made up of chemical reactions.

  22. science is cool i guess. it shows us what all life is capable of. it leads us to the great beyond and discovers the unknown.

  23. Science, to me, is a mere definition as to how something functions, assigned by a human observer. If what we perceive is considered fact, then science is just what we perceive to be real, which may be different for every observer. If perceived by a non human observer, would they similarly perceive what we consider to be a known fact, or perhaps something different?

  24. a subject in school. there are different kinds including biology, anthropology, zoology and astronomy which is where you study the stars. I was terrible at science and school and I hate physics especially. I have a brain devoted to the arts and literature not of math.

    by Madeline on 07.05.2012
  25. I always hated science. Well not really but I hated it more as I finished up my high school years. Why? Well I took biology 3 times and I finally passed it the 3rd time. It felt good, especially because I aced it! best feeling ever. And I learned a lot!

  26. Science is something that completely inspires me, I wish i could do more. I think it might be one of the major keys to help us help the world. That, and a lack of greediness. That is my major hope. Science is what I want to do when I’m older, and how I see the world. I think that it’s a mind set not a subject.

    by Leanna on 07.05.2012
  27. It was the northern lights that inspired me. I didn’t want to die before I had seen these beautiful, phenomenal lights… I became obsessed… to the point where I began to study the science of it.

  29. Science, to me, is a mere definition of the way something functions. It’s accumulated facts and knowledge acquired through the use of trial and error. If what we observe is indeed fact, then science is just our own take and perspective on how the world functions. Would it be the same if perceived by another, non human observer? Perhaps not.

  30. Science? Kill me now. Please.

    Why are you reading this?

    Do something with your life.

    This isn’t worth your time.

    That’s what science is.

  32. i always hated science. Why? Well I always got a low grade on it. Just recently I got an A in my biology class. It was about time! I took that class three times and I finally did it. I felt really good. I was proud and I still am, even though it took me three times.

  33. Science destroys the magic in the world. Nothing just happens, ever. Nothing is lovely. Everything happens for one reason and it can be explained. Every mystery is just an experiment in existence.

    by Colton on 07.05.2012
  34. It wasn’t an exact science. In fact, it wasn’t much of a science at all. It was more or less guesswork. Gut instinct. But Alexander knew it was right. Maybe it was the way the sun broke through the sky’s stormy canopy as the idea occurred to him. But nevertheless, Alexander knew he was right. He had to be.

    by Jess on 07.05.2012
  35. Science. I hate science. It solves mysteries. I hate that the sun is a burning ball of gas, it looks like a swirling, fiery ball of passion and broken hearts. I hate that the stars are tiny suns. They look like they hold children’s sweet dreams and hopes. Sometimes I don’t want to know.

  36. I am a science nerd, and I’m a woman. People always seem to assume that because I lack a Y chromosome that I can’t possibly be good math or science. It makes me sick.

    by HFree on 07.05.2012
  37. The science of love will forever be foreign to me. I shall never know it. I am quite sure that I will wish for it even more than the longing I have now, but it will never come to me. The science of love is a confusing one, and a painful one for those who cannot obtain it to learn its secrets.

    by Erin on 07.05.2012

  40. it explains everything. it’s not philosophical, a factual query. this and that, math and formulas. man was not born with science, it was born by man, thus the purest form of religion. we keep learning more and more about ourselves and our surroundings. may science never die, may it continue, as it would to evolve
