Shape is what the world judges you by, it is who you are. All sorts of shapes are around you and it influences how well you like something, use something, or even how attractive it is. I find Shape to be a poor judgment because it doesn’t determine value or a person or item, it just describes it.
People come in all shapes and sizes. That’s why I’ve fallen in love with climbing. You don’t have to to be stick thin to do it. You don’t have to be burly and muscular. You just have to learn how to move. Movements and strength combined let you scale the wall. It’s like dancing. Graceful and calm.
