it is very soft and a good fabric. it tears easily. silk worms make it, and i believe they eventually turn into moths. it’s the silk worms cocoon type thing. it can be painted on and turned into clothing and pillows.

Silk reminds me of China and India. It was basically brought / stolen from china to india by britishers. Clothes made of it are exclusive and posh. Its a great source of foreign revenue for India

When I was a young girl I was a silk worm. I didn’t want to make silk, but it was all I could do, so I just did it. It’s like the feeling of having to pee. I wanted to be a truck driver, but I never told anyone this. My parents would have scolded me and my friends would have laughed. We can all have our dreams. Mine was to be a truck driver. I could grow hands if I tried.

The silk fell through my fingers, landing silently on the moist grass. Moisture began seeping and staining the precious purple, until it was speckled with the darker droplet sized marks.

When I was 10 years old, I had a pair of pajama shorts that I would wear as often as possible. Whenever they showed up in the pile of freshly laundered clothes, I would wear them to bed. They were soft and smooth and incredibly comfortable. I felt like I was swimming in my bed. It was not until years later that I discovered that the shorts were not made out of silk but out of polyester.

Soft. Smooth. Purple, apparently. Do you ever read a word and see that word as the color it is printed in? I’m imagining purple silk at the moment. It looks inviting. Gentle. Happy. I want to touch it. I bet it’s cold… I don’t prefer silk, though. Cotton isn’t my first choice either. I like chiffon. That’s a nice fabric. My sister’s wedding dress is chiffon.

Silk is slippery and also a kind of milk for people who like soy. That does not include me. I don’t like anything related to silk. I like cotton. So that’s funny. I wish I went places where I could dress nicely every day. Now I go to work, in scrubs, or to school, in jeans.

Soft, smooth, filmy, flowing. the word silk has such beautiful connotations. the word itself sounds like what it is. what an onomatopoeia…

Silk is soft with no edges. It makes me think of a wet eel sliding in mud. It makes no noise, but goes on forever. The water it bathes in is sweet and clean like a perfume, but not citrus, more like roses. Silk is silver and cool, goes to bed sleepy.

there are fabrics made of water and air and with them you can ease the pain and sorrow of the present day but never ask for comfort from strangers wearing them because they also create in people a sense of egotism unequaled by any other fabric one of a kind with themselves in mind but oh the ooze and awe.

Silk. The feel of it against her skin. So smooth. So cool. So elegant. That’s what she felt when she put her silk slip on over her head. It was so pretty. Too bad no one would ever see it. It was made to be seen but she knew no one ever would.

silk is great…I think. silk reminds me of comericials when an attractive women is eating some type of chocolate candy with sensual music going on behind her and there is a womans voice seductively talking about how silky the chocolate is. What is that even supposed to mean? How can you define a food as a soft fabric substance?

Soft. Sensual. Sexy. It reminds me of lying bed all afternoon on a Summer’s day. A lovers breath blowing on my neck. Silk is like a parent. It keeps you safe, you feel comfortable with it all day and all night. It sometimes reminds me of the word milk.

Smooth as silk she was back to her addiction. Slipping into the flow of words she typed another entry. Slipping away from her – only a minute she wasn’t spending towards her true life purpose. Only another slippery minute getting away that didn’t get that necessary tax return done. Just one?

Sometimes I like to drink “Silk” soy milk. Also, I really enjoy drinking tea, and eating healthy foods. It makes me feel inspired to do other healthy things, because I think of all of the good it does for my body, and how I want to make healthier choices so when I have a family someday, they will make good choices too. I want to make a good impression for my future children. =)
smooth and shiny so soft and bright, I want to cover myself in silk with a beautiful woman that I love and loves me back. Oh please, lovely silk that comes from far away China, take me away into the land of yellow skin and mysteries beyond knowledge. Beautiful silk will I ever own you or shall I be yours instead for all time? I think I am in love…love of silk. Silk is good.

Whenever looking in a mirror, she likened her long blond hair to silk. She was vain, and every ounce of her personality was inthosed into those long, silky locks. To say she was liked was true, but to say she was true to anyone wasn’t. It was her world, invested in herself.
