  1. I was swept off my feet first comes into mind. Reminds me of every romance movie really. One day i would like to be swept off my feet. It really reminds me of Princess Diaries actually, during the beach scene when Ameila is in the shack with whats his face and her foot pops when they have their first kiss. I guess its not actually being swept off your feet, but I mean hey, in a literal sense they are the exact same.

I also wrote about the movie UP.

  6. I used the heel of my left hand to swipe the tears from my eyes, holding the revolver with my right. And although the tears had been swept aside, the underlying emotions still blurred my vision. My arm, and the gun had been slipping down; I brought it back up to bear, threatening my posture. This was my mother I was threatening to kill for chrissakes! I had become a monster. But if I didn’t pull the trigger now, I would become something far worse.

A gentle breeze swept through the threes, jingling the fall leaves, and sending many of them drifting to the forest floor where they crunch beneath my bare feet. I should have grabbed my shoes. But I couldn’t. Saying that I left in a hurry would be an understatement. But I had to come here. I had to get back to this place in time.

  38. Under the rug. Out the door. Like memories into the back of your mind, within the cage you have built there. With a broom in hand, mechanically moving across the floor and through the house. You cast them away, one by one, putting a bit more force and effort than is really necessary into the motions. Dark memories. Bright memories. All treated like a dust bunny found beneath the bed and cast off into the echelons of forgetfulness.
