I want a guy that I can say completely “swept” me off my feet, in more ways than one…a guy that won’t let me take advantage of him but would never ever even consider letting me get away, one that drives me crazy in a good way, one that lights up my world when he walks in a room. I want him to feel as if I swept him away as well, to have that look in his eye when he says my name…to love me unconditionally and for myself to feel the same…

  33. He was always so windswept. Never clean. Always so dirty, like a tornado. But is was very becoming, because when he chose to be clean and windswept, he was so amazingly handsome. It surprised me because I’d never seen him clean. He’d always have a patch of dirt under one eye or a line of dust crossing his Adam’s apple. Now, he’s shocking blue eyes stood out around the black silk strings of hair brushing his forehead. He looked like a Greek god, so amazingly beautiful. Then I heard rumors that he had changed because of me. I thought they were just rumors. But then he started talking to me. I’m starting to think High School isn’t going to be too bad.

  38. Mom has a habit of cleaning my room when I’m not around. She has a habit of taking her vacuum cleaner and sucking every inch of homeliness out of my room, or sweeping the dusty memories off the carpet and throwing them outside.

Well, she’s probably done it again, because I can’t find a single shred of the pictures of you- I can’t find the broken pieces of my heart. I guess sweeping everything up and throwing it out wasn’t such a bad idea, after all.

  39. THere are so many things in life that get swept under the rug. We like to hide our emotions and our thoughts that are uncomfortable and difficult to confront.
