We always get mad when we cant fast forward live tv. Im glad we both get angry fast, because that means we at least have something in common…

  7. you decide how you feel all the time. no one can make you feel anything without your consent. i think a very intelligent woman said something along these lines. it does not matter what others do to you but what you do. this is the key. this is the key to happiness. try it. just try it. it worked for me. don’t get angry. it wastes times.

  13. Ihave a temper. Sometimes it gets the best of me. Like, right now, since someone stole myboyfriend’s medical marijuana that he grew. I am enraged. But, I can’t believe someone would steal a giant mason jar during my birthday party. Who does that? I rolled a half ounce cone up and smoked them out yet they stole from me! Maybe I do deserve to lose my temper.

  18. My temper has gotten so much better lately. I only had two small incidents this week. In one, I settled it with my words much faster than in the past. In the other, well…let’s just say the cell wasn’t as bad or stinky as the last one. I really wish they would get better lunches for inmates!

  19. I need more of one, maybe. I’m really good at keeping my emotions inside, but I don’t tell other people when they make me angry, or sad, or whatever. I beat myself up about stuff, and maybe it’s not even my fault, but maybe it is. I don’t know. Getting angry never solved anything, right?

  21. I lost my temper the exact moment he spoke my name. It was done it that one particular tone of voice of his. The one that sneaks under the skin with its biting criticism, nipping at the nerves and boiling the blood without my permission. In an instant, my brain wasn’t responsible for my actions and it just snapped. “Rose.” he breathed and I was gone.

  24. I knew it as I did it. There was no reason, no excuse. No forgiveness. I lost it, and so I lose it all. I should leave before they have to terminate me, but it isn’t that simple. I love them.

    It’s a shame my temper doesn’t.

  32. i have one. everyone has one. but some are shorter than others. i like to think mine is long. that sounds inappropriate. this isn’t supposed to be. isn’t that the most annoying thing? actually, that’s what makes my temper short. when people point out …inappropriacy? i think that’s a word. when people point out innappropriacy in my words when i don’t mean them to be. i hate being misunderstood.

  37. i have quite i temper sometimes actually. my mother doesn’t react too kindly too it and it causes a lot of arguments between my sister and myself. just tonight i got really angry at my sister because she wouldn’t eat the dinner i cooked for her. in hindsight i guess i over reacted but it really got my back up and i got really. angry. i do love my sister and parents, i guess i just have to control my anger better.

    For some reason it seems like whispering counteracts this.
    Like if you can yell your emotions quietly. in between breath and teeth and tongue.
    If what you are saying is strong enough it doesn’t how loud you say. just how much you mean it
