  6. We had the word “Torch” on our spelling test today. I don’t know how to spell that and i am only in grade 3! I think that is a grade 5 word . It is very hard to spell. The way i spell it is like “toorch” my teacher said i was very close to be spelling it but how am i sappost to know ? What am I sapposed to add or remove ? I hate school. They give you lots of spelling words that are like grade five spelling words! Grr.

  14. When I hear the word torch, it makes me think of our high school’s musical this year. We did Pippin and my friend played the guy with the torch. He carried a torch around, waiting for the Lead Player to tell him to perform the fire trick they were trying to get Pippin to do to commit suiide and a spectacular finale.

  16. a perfectly torched creme brulee is a work of art. If done right the thick brown crust of sugar will guard the blissful silk underneath until whomever was lucky enough to have one made for them cracks it open. It is my favorite dessert on my menu, and it is one that I can truly relate to. I am a lot like this guarded sweet, but I wonder if anyone will ever be able to crack me open.
