In the Judeo-Christian tradition, the God smites down those who go against his objective moral ground. Religions across the globe have all different types of Gods, who smite for different reasons.

  21. Today everyone is joking about the Rapture, God’s hoovering his favorites home. I don’t believe it would ever be so easy. After centuries without speaking, there is bound to be anger and resentments built up on both sides; his wrath for our not following the rules, our disappointment and being abandoned for so long.

  23. when i think of “wrath” i think of Zues just getting pissed off one day and shooting lightening bolts from the clouds and his wife calming him down but he like hits her and everyone just starts crying. So ya thats what I think its inda ike the dad of a family that gets really mad and the mom calms him down but h hits her so everyone starts to get all sad and all hell breaks looks. this is a long 60 seconds sooo haha

    Wrath is such a dramatic word. Can you imagine someone using it with you? If someone actually used that with me I’d feel like I’d just stepped into the Twilight zone. I mean “wrath?” Seriously? I’d be less afraid of their “wrath” and more concerned about their mental instability/delusions of grandeur!
