They were not allowed to talk to the observed. But later, the cats mentioned the responses to their meowing and how it seemed to motivate the big ones to open a can of food.

I made an observation today. The hardest working employee is not always the most valued. I feel that to my core. There are six people in my department, five of which come in at 5am, and almost daily leave early, most of the time without finishing their work. I am the entire 2nd shift for my department. Not only do I handle everything for 2nd shift which is busier than 1st shift, but I finish whatever work they do not finish. Today I got in trouble. Why? One of my team members felt i was being a bully to her, because all her accounts and customers chose to deal with me and not her. Simply because I am who they have come to know since she always leaves early. It was also brought up that I fix all of her mistakes, of which there are many, and that it is wrong of me to make her feel incompetent because I pull her to the side and explain the mistakes. I was literally told to not make her look like a bad employee.
