  9. Repondez in french. I don’t know why my mind just made up that link. But thats me. Usually it kind of denotes a sense of gravitas or to be used a little formal situations. Makes me think of doctors talking about responding to medication. Also of managers who write such stuffy letters and saying please respond to this.
