8 Entries for “fog”

  1. The fog was as thick as ever, reminding me of the thick wall people put up around their hearts. It is nearly impossible to break through in some people, but when you manage to it is incredibly rewarding. Those who have the thickest walls often have the sweetest hearts, filled with childlike wonder, captured by the reality of a harsh world.

  2. There is fog in your face. Is trange, because, normally I will see your face even with fog in front of you. But not this time. This a different kind of fog. Is the fog of the sadness

  3. Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a ssea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She
placed the shell to her eaar and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had
    to tell someone!

    and felt the urge
    to flee.

    gleaming white.

    the haze taint
    my view with steam

  6. The mist curtain softens the world, making every step a discovery, letting us explore our own backyards, leaving damp footsteps as we turn blankness into a map.

  7. The fog obscured the landscape. After a few moments, weak sunlight filtered through the mist and shapes could be made out. A dark figure, looking like a crazy giant, loomed in front of her, but as the fog moved away, she saw it was an old tree which had been struck by lightning.

  8. the air was veiled in a thin layer of fog. she squinted, peering through that veil, trying to see by the even thinner layer of light trying to find its way through. something was out there. something terrible. she knew by the dread snaking through her, the steady loss of hope.
