we rushed home because there was a storm coming we gathered some of our belongings and we all rushed out to head out immediately we heard the gushing of wind

Thunder rolls in heavy clouds, tumbling over each other like puppies, like a dark avalanche, the rain starts as small droplets but soon blots out the grass.

The storm blew up suddenly, with gusts of strong winds which seemed to make the trees go horizontal. Pieces of roofing, and the tables set up for the wedding party, flew around. The food ended up in the river and the awnings blocked the road. She sighed. “It happened again.”
